重点:掌握四个描述服装的形容词:cheap,expensive, colourful, pretty.
难点:部分多音节生词的发音,如expensive.

Step1: Warm-up
(1) Let’s sing

Step2: Presentation / Practice
(1) Teach “colourful”
a. Present “colourful”
T: (show a colourful dress) What’s that
S: It’s a dress.
T: Look at that dress. How many colours are there on the dress
S: 4.
T: What colour is that dress
S: It’s purple, yellow, blue and white.
T: Oh, there are many colours on the dress. It’s very colourful. Is it colourful Yes, it is.
It’s colourful. (show a pink dress)Is this dress colourful No, it’s not . It’s not colourful .
b. Repeat : colourful
c. Practice: present 4 pictures (a rainbow, a flower, a shirt, a sweater) and talk about the pictures in pairs.

(2) Teach “pretty”
a. Present “pretty”

(2) Make up a dialogue with the partner

(3) Let’s enjoy a song and a story(P:66-67).
Step 4 Homework
(1) Listen to the tape, and read Let’s learn and Let’s chant three times.
(2) Practice the dialogue with the partner, better to make a dialogue by using the sentences from let’s chant.
