一、Warm–up : Sing a song 二、PresentationStep1、vocabulary1、老师拿出一个日历:T:How many months are there in a year Ss: 12T: Do you know what they are Ss:……T: OK. Now let’s learn the new words about months look at the pictures(老师把单词的图片贴在黑板上)The firs month is January, January (repeat after me)Ss: January2、Continue with the other words.Step2、play games: Read loudly or read lowlyStep3、Practice1让学生看着问题A的图片,请个别学生读出每幅图片上的月份单词。T: Let′s listen to the tape.教师播放问题A的录音,然后暂停。T: Which picture is it Is 1,2,3 or 4 让学生在正确的方格里打“√”。Continue with other three questions .Step4、Before and after1、请两位同学出来,老师站在两位同学中间,指着前面的同学说:T:She is before me . Before (repeat after me.)Ss: Before.指着后面的同学说:T:He is after me. After (repeat after me.)Ss: After2、手拿单词卡January、February,说:January is before February; February is after January.(用其他的月份词卡操练)Step5、Practrce 2 1、让一个学生将星期一课程表抄在黑板上。T: Is(English) class before (Chinese) class Ss: Yes, (English) class is before (Chinese) class./No, (English) class is after (Chinese) class.T: Is(art) class after (math) class 2、启发引导学生回答问题,必要时由教师做示范。3、让学生看着书上的图画:T:Now get into pairs .Ask and answer.教师在教室里巡视,检查学生的练习情况。让几对学生在班上表演问答对话。4、Look, Listen and read.Step6、总结。

一、Warm-up1、Sing a song P342、Revise the words of this unit and the sentences“When’s…”二、PresentationStep1 Target请两位同学出来表演Target部分的内容,引出本课的重点句型Listen to the tape (close the book)Write down the new sentences on the blackboard and teach:When’s winter holiday It’s in January and February.Is January after February No,January is before February.用所学的单词代替画线部分的单词。Step2、Pair workMake some dialogues with these new words and sentences.Step3、Sounds and words1、Listen,point and say.Write the words of sounds and words on the board and underling the letter-yT:(Point to-y)Let’s practice this sound/j/2、让学生看老师的口型,使他们明白发y音时,应注意的地方.Look at the pictures. listen to the tape first.Have Ss repeat after the tape.3、指出在这些单词中的读音有别于以结尾的单词(如sunny cloudy)的发音.4、Listen and chant:The yellow yogurt.Step4、Song activity1、T:Is January after February 引导学生回答问题,并鼓励他们用完整的句子来回答。2、T:It’s time to sing!First let’s listen 教师播放录音并指着录音唱到的每个单词。让学生跟唱三遍。3、Look, write and sing.三、小结.

I like ice-skating.Do you like it Ss:Yes,I do.T:When can I go ice-skating 请一位学生指出正确的图片T:When is winter holiday (向学生展示January and February的图片)说:It’s in January and February.2、让学生看着Conversation部分T:Let’s listen to the tape and read the story.Listen again,pausing after each sentence to have Ss repeat.Put Ss into small group and have them practice acting out the dialog.Step2、Activity教师向全班学生展示一幅中国地图,在地图上指出下列城市:Harbin, Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Guangzhou, HongKong.同时清楚地读出这些城市的名称,让学生跟读让学生看者课本上的图画,请一个学生在黑板上写Where does Bingbing go in February T:(指着相应的图画)She goes to Guangzhou.将该句写在黑板上.T:Now,try to answer Question 2 to Question 6 on the page35. 给学生时间在该页上写出答案。最后与学生一起核对答案。三、小结
