What’s the time 用来提问时间，答语是具体的几点几分。
典例

解析： 根据答语可以判断出问句是提问时间，故选：A.句意：A：几点了？ B：7点了。

2.语法专讲时间的表示法：
英语中常有两种方法表示时间
一种是直接读数字 例如：
7:05 （seven o five） 6:30 （six thirty）
9: 48 （nine forty - eight）
另一种是用介词past和to
past意为“过” ；　to意为“差”
分钟为半小时以里用past , 结构为分钟 + past + 点钟 例如：
2: 25 twenty – five past two
分钟大于半小时用“to”， 结构为：分钟差 + to + 点钟 +1 （即下一个点钟数） 例如：
5: 35 twenty – five to six
分钟等于半小时用half past+ 点钟 例如：
9: 30 half past nine
注：如果分钟为15时常用quarter来表示。 例如：
8:15 （a）quarter past eight
