I. Teaching objectives:

3. Learn some new words.
II. Teaching key points:
Words: notebook, snake, soup, pink, pencil case, butterfly, steak, gray thanks, this, that, these, those, mother, father;
Sentences: What’s this It’s a butterfly. I like chicken. What do you like I like steak. How are you Fine, thanks.
III. Teaching difficult points:
the spelling of the words, the sound of “th” IV.
Ⅳ. Teaching aids:
tape recorder, word cards, slide, real things, colored pencils.
Ⅴ.Teaching procedure:
Step 1 Sing the song
Step 2 Guessing game
Step 3 Play word game
Step 4 Teach sounds and words
T: Look at this picture. (Point to the picture of mother)
T: What’s this word (Ss: mother) Do the same with the picture of father. Teach these, those, this that, then tell the different meaning. Point to the pictures on the page and have Ss say the words. Help Ss if they have difficulty making the sound.
Step 5 Chant “ This! That!”
Step 6 Group singing

1. Finish the writing book.

教学后记:
1.通过实物教学学生能很快直接地接受新词的意思,且该课新知识都是学生在日常生活中比较熟悉的,因此通过实物教学更能激发学生的学习兴趣。
2.字母部分的单词个别学生掌握不理想,有待加强。在教学过程中,如果先把发音先归类,学生会易于掌握一系列有联系音。
