Step1 Greeting.
Good morning. Nice to meet you.
Step2 free talk.
What is the weather like today?
Step 3 Presentation
1. Remind the Ss that because it is a fine day today, we can go shopping.
2. Bring a dictionar, a watch, a calendar, a notebook and a diary on the desk, and tell them that now I an selling these things, now they are shopping.
3. Lift the dictionay, ask the Ss what is it? Is it big? Promt them answer “ No, it is small.” Point the ppt and read “ a small/big dictionary”. With the same way, learn the new words: calendar “ a beautiful/ an ugly calendar”, “ an expensive/ cheap watch”, “ a thick/ thin notebook”, “a new/an old diary”
4.Ask the Ss “ Where can we buy a book?”, “----A bookshop”. Take out an English book, introduce the new words “language, foreign, and word”, learn these words.
4. Have the Ss open their books, and play the ppt, let them read after the ppt.
5. Introduce the expresson while shopping, like “What do you want to buy? I want to buy……? How much is it?”
6. Time to play. Find anemies. Pratice the antanyms of some adjectives.
