1. Learn the new words of this unit and sentences: “Oh no! I have to find it. Don’t worry. I can help you. I have to hurry. Oh no! We can’t get out! Don’t push. you have to pull!

1. T：（Stand at the front of the class and mime talking on the phone.）Last night I …(Ask Ss.)What did I do last night [Ss: you talked on the telephone last night.]
1. Use Picture Cards from SB 5 Unit11 and review them with Ss.
1. T: (Say as you put the cards on the board.)(S1’s name), what did you do last night ---- I played basketball.
Using the book(Conversation)
1. T: Let’s listen to the tape and read the story.
1. Play the tape and have Ss follow the story in their books.
1. T: Let’s listen again and repeat.
1. Play the tape, pausing after each sentence to have Ss repeat.
1. Put Ss into three groups and give them the roles of Jenny, Tony and Gogo and the robber.
1. Play the tape again, pausing after each sentence for each group to repeat its part.
1. Encourage groups to use voice expression.
Using the book(Vocabulary)
1. T: Listen to the tape and repeat. Point to each phrase as I say it.
1. Have Ss listen,repeat and point to each picture.
1. Point to the pictures at random and have Ss say the words.
1. Introduce the bonus vocabulary , pour, throw and tie.
Using the book(Target)
1. Ask individual Ss to read out the sentences.
1. Play the tape a few times and have Ss practice along with the tape.
1. Put Ss into pairs and have them act out the dialogs.
Practice
1. Practice reading in pairs.
1. Do the workbook.. (page 37)
Sum up.
Revise the “Coversation, Vocabulary and Target.”
Writing on the blackboard
