step1 导入

老师引导同学们谈自己烦恼,并适时教授部分单词 disturb, friends, homework, noise, parents, sleep 等,并板书。同时把同学们的烦恼写在黑板上。
老师展示一个调查需求,问同学们:Which do you think is the biggest problem on the blackboard 这里要举手表决,节省时间。
Step 2 呈现
老师展示43页上的图片说:Today I will show you some pictures of the students in Class 1, Grade 9. Can you tell me their problems
这里通过描述图片可以让学生利用一下刚学过的词并教部分未教过的词。如:communication 这里也可以训练同学们寻找图片信息的能力。
step3 练习

step1:导入
老师说:I know from last class that you have a lot of problems. (老师用自己创设的情景单词导入 choice stay up late complete spare doubt strict 并进行板书)Then ,what can we do to feel better if we have any problems. 这里学生只要能说出写信给别人就可以了,老师可以借机导入 offer suggestions。 对于书后练习B中有的单词进行弥散式导入,也就是在遇到该单词的时候就让学生去猜,翻到46页去选一下。

1. deal with的用法
deal with意为“处理”。deal的过去式和过去分词都是dealt。例如:
① I don\'t know how to deal with the problem.
我们不知道如何处理这个问题。
②At the beginning of this term, we\'ll have many difficulties to deal with.
这学期开始我们将有许多难题要解决。
how to deal with
what to do with 有什么不一样呢?
DO WITH 和DEAL WITH都表示应付,处理。但是DO WITH 中的DO 为及物动词,句子中用DO WITH 时,用WHAT 提问:WHAT DID YOU DO WITH YOUR WORK 而DEAL WITH 中的DEAL为不及物动词,因此提问时用HOW:HOW DID YOU DEAL WITH YOUR WORK
2. have no choice but to do
这种句型中的不定式通常要带to;但当其前面的动词是do,或只有情态动词时,but后面的不定式要省去to。例如:
He did nothing but sleep all day long. 他什么也不干,成天睡觉。
I can do nothing but obey it. 我只能服从。

4. worth:
be worth + n. 当名词为金钱时,表示“…… 值得……”
be worth doing sth. “……某事值得被做” (此处在形式上不用被动语态)

5. offer作动词的用法:
offer有"(主动)拿给,给予"的意思,相当于give, 后可接名词或代词作宾语,也可接双宾语,即offer sb sth =offer sth to sb, 如:

那个年轻人在公共汽车上将自己的座位让给了那个老人。
Many people willingly offered their blood.
很多人自愿献血。
