Presentation Show a picture of a block.This is a block. It’s my block. That’s my block.1) Show a picture ( Kitty’s mother). Look. Who’s she What does she do Is she a teacher 2) Show another picture ( a car). Ask the students to talk about the car.Learn the picture by themselves.Play the cassette. Students listen and repeat.Divide students into groups of six. Have them prepare and do the role-play in groups. Invite groups of studentsto act the role-play in front of the class.Have students put their family photograph on the group’s desk . students take turns to introduce their family members to their group members.Walk around the class. Encourage students to introduce their family members to you.
Consolidation Say something about your friends.At this stage Grammar Practice Book 4A page 14 could be used to practice and consolidate the oral and written language used in this section further.
Homework Copy the new sentences.Write some sentences according to the dialogue.
