湘少版四年级英语上册教案
Unit 2 What's that
教 学 设 计；
我本次授课的内容是四年级第二单元第一课时。围绕“那是什么？有多少？”这一日常用语展开。让学生能用“What’s that？Howmany….are there ”询问，并回答。根据这一安排和学生的整体认识水平，从知识教学、能力培养等方面考虑，我确立本课时的教学目标为：
1.能听懂会说 “What”s that？ How many…are there ”
2.能运用所学句型进行对话表演和口语交际，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生的英语学习能力。
教学过程：
一、Warming up
(通过唱一唱及问答的形式，不仅吸引学生的注意力，调动积极性，而且营造了学习英语的氛围。同时也为本课的教学作了知识的铺垫，构建了知识表象。)
二、Revision
由出示实物并询问：What’s this 复习学习用品的英语单词。
（以对话的形式，唤起学生的记忆，使学生熟练运用旧知，同时对What’s that进行了渗透。）
三、Presentation
1.由What’s this 向what’s that 过渡，通过体态语言让学生感知(this \ that)，并做游戏 Do the response.(this \ that)。围绕呈现的幻灯片快速对话。（出示学生熟悉的水果和动物的卡通形象幻灯片）
2.T:Please look at my gestures,guess:What shape it is （教师作手势，学生猜手势的形状。）复习形状的单词，为引入形状单词做铺垫。幻灯片出示一个圆形，让学生用英语说出与它相象的单词。
T: What does it look like
Ss: It’s a sun\ an egg\ apple\ zero…….
3.幻灯片演示出现一个正方形，让学生回答：How many
squares are there 帮助回答：There is a square 。接着出示2个、3个……让学生用英语回答。及时奖励。
(培养学生发散性思维和拓展性思维，同时与数学学科整合，无意中积累了不少单词，尽量满足学生的成功欲，及时激励。)
4.幻灯片演示（cats），巩固练习。
四、Practise
1.Listen to the tape and read after the tape.
2.Act out the dialogue.
采用多种方式读课文，为下一步操练做铺垫。
(将单词融进有实际意义的对话中，充分体现在交际中教，在运用中学的理念，通过这种方式便于学生的理解和运用。在说的过程中予以图片加以配合，帮助理解；由模仿到练习，反复刺激学生的感官，增强学生对新知的理解和运用。在听读的过程中培养学生良好的学习习惯，通过演演的形式让学生在情景中练习达到掌握的目的。)
五、consolidation “Who’s the best ”
1.Ask and answer （幻灯片出示森林图片）
2.Ask and answer about the things in the classroom.
(以任务型的活动方式合作学习，并予以评价，真正做到知识的迁移，给学生提供平等的说英语的机会，鼓励学生在竞赛中学，这样既创造了轻松愉快、自然和谐的课堂气氛，又促进了交际活动的展开。)
六、Homework
1.Read after the tape recording.
2.Make up a dialogue in pairs.
（将课内的学习延伸到课外，维持学生的学习兴趣。）
Class is over,sing an English song ---“Good-bye!”
