How do you feel when you get up in the morning Happy and energetic or tired and weak Do you often wake up with a headache Well, if the answer is yes, take Dr. Talbot’s advice and start feeling better.
Get up and move. If you hate feeling tired and unhappy, you should start exercising. Try jogging, swimming or cycling. When you exercise, our body produces special chemicals that give us energy and make us feel happier. That’s exercising, too.
Eat healthily. You should eat three balanced meals every day and you should not eat too much fast food. If you need some extra energy throughout the day, make an energy drink. Mix together fresh pineapple juice and low-fat milk. It tastes great!
Go out and enjoy nature. The smell of flowers will make you feel happy. Even the smell of your favorite food can change the way you feel!
Wake your body up. When you have a shower, change the temperature of the water from hot to cold and back to hot again. You’ll feel the difference.

Dick was a clever college student, but his parents were poor, so he had to work after class and during his holiday to get enough money for his studies.

Fred joined the army when he was eighteen. Four years later he left the army and came back to his hometown. He found a job in a transport company. There he drove a taxi. He was kind to the passengers and drove carefully. So people liked to take his taxi and he got a lot of money.

Suppose you are in an airplane flying over the fields of Japan, when you look down, the land is like a big checkerboard (方格图案). You see what seems to be wide steps around the sides of mountains. The wide steps are green fields. From the air, these fields look like great green stairways.
Japan is a small country. All of the land would not fill California. Yet she has almost half as many people as in the whole Unites States.
