改革理念: 民主 互动 合作
1. 语言学习需要一定的语言环境,我想在这堂课中努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的课堂氛围,让大家在愉悦的心情中学习。
英语是一门语言,是用来交流的,不是为应付考试的。 这个语言情景应是一个让大家心情愉悦,宽松、自由,没有任何压抑感的环境。根据这一理念,在轻松的歌声中开始,课堂中有的是游戏、竞赛,没有枯燥的死记硬背,有的是有趣的flash动画,妙趣横生的图画提供的对话场景,而不是简单的文字。其目的:寓教于乐,愉快学习,轻松学习,让大家在不知不觉中学,在歌声中学,在笑声中学。
2.课堂是大家舒展灵性的空间。我们以开放性活动为主, 我们将要做游戏、小组竞赛,两人对话练习,四人小组做统计调查,谈论各自的能力,展示你的才艺,特长,表达自己和别人分别能做什么,师生互动、生生互动、互教互学。让大家去说,去交流,去写,去学会使用英语。目的:让大家都有充分表现自我,展示自身才华的机会。因为大家所获得的语言知识以及所达到的准确程度只有运用于口语和写作活动中才是有价值的。
3.倡导合作学习,培养团队意识。
引导大家积极思考,善于抓住英语交流的机会。在保证大家都有机会参与学习的同时,培养团队意识,提高学生的人际互动能力。大家在学习过程中,接触到的、体验到的多是合作的、交流的、共同完成的学习任务,比如:两人对话,小组活动,游戏等等。合作对于大家来说会逐渐成为一件易于接受也乐于实施的事情。并愿意主动与同学、老师合作,主动地寻求、提供学习上的帮助,会主动地反思自己的学习过程,自觉地形成符合自己实际情况的学习策略。
