能够理解物品价格的几种不同表达法：在实际情境中恰当使用prefer这个词表达个人看法，进行简单的交流。
情感态度目标：
让学生在多种物品中做出自己的选择，引导学生形成自己的观点，看法，并能与他人交流。
教学重点：
能够理解物品价格的几种不同表达法：在实际情境中恰当使用prefer这个词表达个人看法，进行简单的交流。
教学难点：
.让学生在多种物品中做出自己的选择，引导学生形成自己的观点，看法，并能正确地使用询问价格的句子与他人交流。
教具工具：
cards,recorder,tape.
教学过程：
一、Review
1．Read out these words together,:belt,sunglasses
gloves,sweatpants socks,T-shirt,coat ,jeans， shoes,bag,
2．Review the story of unit 3
Last class we have learned “Choosing a gift” this story. Do you still remember this story Read picture 3and 4 of this story .Ask the following questions:Can they buy this belt (No,they can’t)
Why don’t they buy this belt (Because it’s so expensive)
Can they buy that baseball cap (No,they can’t) Why don’t they buy that baseball cap （because they don’t have enough money）What did they buy at last for Daniel (They bought a pair of sunglasses and a pair of ski gloves)
二、Presentation of new language
1． Lead in and learn the dialogue
Look here, There are two pairs of sunglasses in my hands. Which sunglasses do you prefer I prefer these, they are beautiful. Do you prefer these (Yes) Repeat two sentences.The teacher put two pairs of sunglasses on the table. Point the beautiful sunglasses, how much does these sunglasses cost Let me look at its tag,oh Those cost $35.
Play CD about this dialog.Have them repeat.
指定两组同学表演对话。
Turn to page 40, 做一个替换练习，找一位同学陪老师买腰带，另外一个同学去当售货员，示范并板书：
A:Which belt do you prefer
B:I prefer this belt.
B:How much does this belt cost
C:That costs 20 yuan.
.三人一组做替换练习(提示去售货员的同学要结合生活实际给出一个合理的价格)
.找几组同学表演对话。
2．Let’s move to listen to this：
Look at these picures carefully,and predict what you are going to hear
找学生说一说你可能听到些什么？
Play the tape for the first time,have the students point to the matching picture.
Play the tape again.Stop after each picture,this time have the class repeat and write the correct number
Check answers in the class
3．Shopping in the classroom
将学生分成4个组，一组卖水果（banana, apple, pear,kiwifruit, orange）,一组卖各种笔（pens, pencils, ball pens）,一组卖各种书（music book, science book, storybook, art book, English book, maths book）一组卖食物（water, milk, juice, bread, chocolate）,每组指定一名售货员，其他同学要从售货员那里买到自己想要的东西。
三、拓展内容，排列句子，在括号里写出正确的序号
（ ）Hello,What can I do for you
（ ）Thank you.
（ ）Pens are here,Which pen do you prefer
（ ）It costs 20 yuan.
（ ）I’ll take it，here is your money.
（ ）I prefer the black pen,How much does this pen cost
（ ）I’ll take it，here is your money.
（ ）Yes,I want a pen.
