Period One Part A. B & C
Teaching Steps:
Step 1. Warm-up activities.
a. Free talking . Review the everyday English. let the Ss answer my questions one by one.
b.Review the numbers 1-3 ,learn the number 4.
c.Ask and answer.
Step 2. Presentation.
A: Show a pen ,(write a name on it) than tell the Ss,I want to find the ownner of the pen. Listen to the tape ,Repeat what they heard.. The Ss listen and imitate. then read after it. "Are you Lingling Yes I am \ No , I am not." Thank you, You are welcome."
B.Books open, .Learn some sentences. Then read after the teacher.
Step3 Practise.
Practice the conversation. Make dialogues with their names ,Practice in pairs\groups. . Ask a pair of student to act it out.
Step 4 Sing an English song.
Are you Lingling Sing to turn of "Are you sleeping "
Change the names,sing it freely.
Sing between boys and girls.
Step 5 let's learn.
Show the words cards, learn the words : boy girl doll man woman Read the words loudy.play games--The golden finger.
Step 6 Play a game.
Stepping stones.
The golden finger
Draw a simple river on the Bb with some stones across it ,and cut out a card"frog" for each team. For each point the frog goes forward one stone,the first team to reach the other side wins. Show the CAI,read the words quickly Make a competition between Group A and GroupB.
Step7 Homework
Read the text and the words. Draw a picture of themselives
Period 2 (Part D. E&F)
Teaching Steps:
Step1. Revise the conversation.
Sing an English song.Are you Lingling
Ask a pair of Ss to act the the dialogue in Part A.
Step2. Let's read the story of Dino.
a. Read the story by themselves
Translate :"Where are you "
"So glad to see you again."with gestures.
b. Ask them to act the story.
Who is the best actor.Give the winner a beautiful present.
Step 3. Learn the new words
Review the word that we have learnd.
teach the new words:Dd as in door dog day duck dance Dino Dinosaur deer
Consolidate the words by games
Step 4 Read the sentences
Grasp pronuciation of the letter Dd in the words..
Step 5 Write the words and letter Dd in the exercise books.
Step6 Let's have fun.
Play the games.
