The third period
教学设计 以学生猜测导入新课,激发学生们的学习兴趣。然后教师用提问的方式来处理文中的新词。待学生听完录音后,教师再用问题来检测学生的整体理解能力,重点练习比较级和最高级。之后教师讲授故事,学生将具体的句子和图片连线,并找出重点句,大声朗读。
教学目标 知识目标:巩固本课重点句,复习形容词的比较级和最高级;能够正确理解、朗读故事,并能回答文中问题;能熟练朗读文中两个语篇;
教学重点 故事中呈现的功能句的实际应用
教学难点 正确理解比较级和最高级的使用

T: (1) Who is taller/heavier ______ is taller/heavier than ______. (2) Who is the tallest/ heaviest ______ is tallest/ heaviest than _____.Ss discuss how many keys it has in their groups.6. Ss read the story in different way.7. T tells the story slowly and Ss listen. Then ask a question: Why is Ann heavier than Ken 8. Ss match between the sentences and the pictures.Then check the key and student follow to read.9. Ss underline the key sentences and read them loudly.1. Recite the text.2.
