教 学目 的 1．知识目标：掌握句型When’s winter holiday It′s in January and February .Is January after February No,January is before February .2．能力目标：Listen and say3．情感目标：鼓励学生大胆开口说英语，能用英语谈论有关月份的事。
教材分析 重点 在日常生活中运用所学的句型。
难点 字母y的发音。
教具及电化教学手段 录音机、录音带、单词卡、头饰。
教学步骤、内容方法 个性化设计
一、Warm-up1．Sing a song P342．Revise the words of this unit and the sentences“When’s…”二、PresentationStep 1 Target请两位同学出来表演Target部分的内容，引出本课的重点句型Listen to the tape (close the book)Write down the new sentences on the blackboard and teach:When’s winter holiday It’s in January and February.Is January after February No,January is before February.用所学的单词代替画线部分的单词。Step 2 Pair workMake some dialogues with these new words and sentences.Step 3 Sounds and words1．Listen,point and say.Write the words of sounds and words on the board and underling the letter-yT:(Point to-y)Let’s practice this sound/j/2．让学生看老师的口型，使他们明白发y音时，应注意的地方.Look at the pictures. listen to the tape first.Have Ss repeat after the tape.3．指出在这些单词中的读音有别于以结尾的单词（如sunny cloudy）的发音.4．Listen and chant:The yellow yogurt.Step 4 Song activity1．T:Is January after February 引导学生回答问题，并鼓励他们用完整的句子来回答。2．T:It’s time to sing!First let’s listen 教师播放录音并指着录音唱到的每个单词。让学生跟唱三遍。3．Look, write and sing.三、小结.
