Firstly, we should watch our diet. We’re supposed to eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food , because junk food really damages our health ,although it’s tasty. And we’d better not go to the fast-food restaurants such as KFC and Mcdonald’s. What’s more, it’s essential for us to take more exercise including climbing, swimming and so on. All these will have a good effect on our health.
