the old at the old people’s home . I won’t cry often in the new year .
Bill : Oh, listen to mine. I won’t go out to play every night . I won’t watch
too many cartoons . I’ll read more books .
Everyone : You say the same thing every year , Bill!
Jane (the mother): I will not go shopping often . I will not waste money on
dresses. I will go to gyms three times a week and try to lose
10 pounds . And I also have a big plan . I won’t stay at home
and be a housewife . I’m going to find a job.
Bill, Sam ,Lily : What ! Mom If you go to work , who will take care of us
Jane : You will have to take care of yourselves. You are not small babies.
Tom : But , who will take care of me … .
