Bring up two Ss to the front of the class.
Give two Ss picture card 43 sofa.
T: (point at the two Ss.)whose sofa is this Repeat.[Ss: whose sofa is this ] it’s theirs .repeat.[Ss: it’s theirs.]
Give s1 a picture card 44 wallet, and have s1 hold up the card.
T: (point at s1.)whose wallet is this Repeat.[Ss: whose wallet is this ]it’s his/hers.[Ss: it’s his/hers.]
Using the book
Point to the two pictures and model the dialogs.
Play the tape, pausing after each sentence so Ss can repeat.
