教学目标：
1． 使学生掌握本单元出现的新词汇；
2． 熟练使用本单元出现的日常用语；
3． 掌握本单元出现的新句型。
语言功能：
用where is /are… 和Is… 询问并判断事物的方位。

教学重点：
掌握表方位的介词，并准确地对事物的位置进行询问及回答。
教学难点：
正确辨别各介词的含义，灵活运用句型询问事物的方位。
教学准备：
文具、单词卡片、教学挂图、教学磁带、CAI、Kitten(toy)。
新鲜词汇：
under/ in/ on/ a bathroom/ a living room/ a kitchen/a bedroom
Period 1
一、 教学目标
1． 能听懂、会说本课新单词under, in, on, a bathroom, a
living room, a kitchen, a bedroom；
2． 能运用新词汇说短语；
3． 能听懂、会说本课对话；
4． 会运用where is … Is … 询问和辨别物体方位。
二、 教学步骤
Step 1 Warming up
1. Greeting
2. Sing a song
Step 2 Presentation and drill
1. 运用CAI演示，让学生了解介词under, in, on的含义；
2. 出示与介词under, in, on相关的词组短语卡片，让学生练习；
3. Play a game——Magic eyes to review the new words and phrases；
4. 引导学生回忆所学知识，运用CAI，让学生根据图片中物体的位置运用所学单词和短语练习完整地回答句子。Where is … It’s …
5. 单词从单数到复数进行拓展，练习句子单数到复数拓展回答方位句子。
Where are … They are…
6. 用类似的方法教in the living room, on the table, under the bed…
7. 出示玩具Kitten， 让学生跟Kitten用英语日常用语问候，然后把Kitten藏起来，讲述：One day, I lost the little cat. Where is Kitten Where is
the cat Now, please read dialogue A. Let’s find the answer；
8. 出示课文A部分教学CAI；
T: Look at the picture. They’re looking for a cat everywhere. Where are they looking for
帮助学生理解Where are …用来询问事物的方位，鼓励学生用所学过的知识描述图片内容。
9. 看完第一遍后，让学生回答问题，老师给出评论和赞扬；
10. 模仿跟读PART A。
