灰姑娘的水晶鞋,不是所有的人穿上都好,只有适合的才是最好的。作为年轻教师,总是向往着成长,不断的听优秀有经验老师的课,每个老师都有每个老师的风格特点,麻老师讲课干练成熟,学生们爱戴又敬畏;仲老师扎实能干,陈老师构思新颖,总能调动起学生学习的胃口;黄老师干脆利索,抓住重点;王老师既风趣幽默又严肃可敬;刘老师勤勤恳恳,任劳任怨;张老师视学生为自己的孩子;庄老师的认真;杨老师的敬业;张老师的微笑;付老师的严谨,倪老师的信心;李老师的创新……我绝不能看着别人的方法好就原盘照搬,适合自己的才是最好的。只有不断的学习,不断的吸收适合的精华,才能成长为真正的自己。
本节课的设计主要针对阅读课的pre-reading while-reading pro-reading.
阅读前的准备。
阅读前的准备,是所有的学生都要参与的。
资源策略:可以使用简单的工具书查找信息;可以利用学校的图书馆或者网络上的学习资源;可以和其他同学交流。
如何有效阅读。
让尽可能多的同学站起来说出自己的想法。
交际策略:在课内外学习活动中能够用英语与他人交流。善于抓住用英语交流的机会。英语表达好的学生可以畅所欲言,当然针对相对落后的学生可以借助手势、表情等体态语进行交流。交际中遇到困难时,有效的寻求帮助。
认知策略:在学习中积极思考,主动探究,善于发现语言的规律并能运用规律举一反三。不同层次的学生可以根据自己的情况选择老师布置的任务,这里可以选择的是回答的难易和完整程度。可以寻求他人帮助,可以自己独自完成,可以浅显回答,也可以完善别人答案。
阅读后的升华。
设计一个小组拼图活动,针对学生自己学习阅读的情况,自己决定自己的任务。一部分学生可以只负责提供更多的材料,一部分学生负责整理阅读文章的大意,掌握好文中单词和句子的翻译和使用,一部分学生可以将阅读材料升华为实际生活中的讲故事。
调控策略:明确自己学习英语的目标和学习需要,制定适合自己的学习计划和方案。积极参与老师同学之间的英语交流与对话。
学习策略是灵活多样的,帮助学生找到适合自己的方法,形成属于学生自己的自主学习能力。毕竟我们老师教学不单单是教会学生知识,授之于鱼不如授之于渔。
