灰姑娘的水晶鞋，不是所有的人穿上都好，只有适合的才是最好的。作为年轻教师，总是向往着成长，不断的听优秀有经验老师的课，每个老师都有每个老师的风格特点，麻老师讲课干练成熟，学生们爱戴又敬畏；仲老师扎实能干，陈老师构思新颖，总能调动起学生学习的胃口；黄老师干脆利索，抓住重点；王老师既风趣幽默又严肃可敬；刘老师勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨；张老师视学生为自己的孩子；庄老师的认真；杨老师的敬业；张老师的微笑；付老师的严谨，倪老师的信心；李老师的创新……我绝不能看着别人的方法好就原盘照搬，适合自己的才是最好的。只有不断的学习，不断的吸收适合的精华，才能成长为真正的自己。
本节课的设计主要针对阅读课的pre-reading while-reading pro-reading.
阅读前的准备。
阅读前的准备，是所有的学生都要参与的。
资源策略：可以使用简单的工具书查找信息；可以利用学校的图书馆或者网络上的学习资源；可以和其他同学交流。
如何有效阅读。
让尽可能多的同学站起来说出自己的想法。
交际策略：在课内外学习活动中能够用英语与他人交流。善于抓住用英语交流的机会。英语表达好的学生可以畅所欲言，当然针对相对落后的学生可以借助手势、表情等体态语进行交流。交际中遇到困难时，有效的寻求帮助。
认知策略：在学习中积极思考，主动探究，善于发现语言的规律并能运用规律举一反三。不同层次的学生可以根据自己的情况选择老师布置的任务，这里可以选择的是回答的难易和完整程度。可以寻求他人帮助，可以自己独自完成，可以浅显回答，也可以完善别人答案。
