教材分析
本单元的话题是音乐和电影,围绕这一主题进行一系列的交际活动,使学生能通过听、读,辨认出that, which, who引导的定语从句,并能理解它们的含义,以及能够就电影和音乐的好恶进行交流。
Section A 部分的话题主要是音乐和电影。为达到《义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)》中对语言知识与技能方面的要求,学生应掌握一些与音乐和电影相关的词汇;能够听懂有关音乐的对话;能够通过听获取音乐和电影的相关信息,了解以that, which, who引导的定语从句在不同语境中的功能和作用,并能模仿和表达自己喜欢的音乐或电影。
本单元的话题是学生们比较熟悉的,在教学活动中相对较易开展话题。但是定语从句对于中国学生而言,与母语的差别很大,不是很容易懂。在学习定语从句时,需要有一定的句子成分的认知,句子成分清楚的话,对于先行词与关系词之间的关系就比较好理解了。教师要引导学生运用归纳、对比的方法,找出构成规律,通过一定的替换练习,强化记忆。
本课时教材涵盖了听说读写四方面的技能训练,从而全方位练习巩固定语从句的用法。
总之,在落实本单元《义务教育英语课程标准(2011版)》相关要求的同时,要根据单元教学目标和学生学情设计相应的教学活动环节,促进学生综合语言学习能力的提升。

本单元教学以音乐为话题,主要掌握定语从句的简单用法。让学生们学会用定语从句来表达喜好。一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标:1) 能掌握以下单词及短语: suppose, smooth, spare, director, case, in that case, war,intelligent
2)掌握 I like /love/prefer … that/which/who…

He/She likes /loves/prefers… that/which/who…表达喜欢的人或物。
3) 学习关系代词that/who/which引导的定语从句。
过程与方法
在教学中利用多媒体、课件、图片、小组活动等多种形式,创设情境,充分调动学生的积极性。采用先学后教,以学定教的教学模式,把课堂还给学生、让学生在自主、合作、探究中得到成长。2. 情感态度价值观目标:1. 使学生学会谈论自己的喜好。2. 通过表达个人喜好,提高学生欣赏美的水平。3. 激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。二、教学重难点1. 教学重点:

Step 1 Warming up

Play the tape for the class. Have the Ss listen to the four conversations carefully, then complete the following sentences.

1.Teach students to practice the words and phrases: suppose, smooth, spare, in that case, war and director.
2. Show the background of the conversation: Jill and Scoot are talking about their favorite music and movies. What are their opinions? Listen to the conversation in 2d.
3. Have students read the conversation between boys and girls. Then answer the above question.
4. Have students work in pairs. Read and act out the conversation.

First learn the new word: intelligent, then help students choose words from the different columns to make sentences. Finally check their answers.

教学反思:一、在设计任务型教学活动时,注意到了活动的目的性和可操作性;活动中以学生的真实生活和兴趣为焦点话题,学生易理解掌握;通过活动让学生习得英语语言知识、发展学生的语言技能;口语练习时尽量创造机会,促使学生主动获取、处理和使用信息,提高用英语解决实际问题的能力。因为在教学中我非常注重学生口语,包括语速和语言的流畅。形成课前预习对话的良好习惯,通常是他们课前设计对话框架,在课堂上再结合新知识进一步的完善。平时的积累是为了我初三口语教学更好的开展。也是为他们在初三知识量的吸收争取更多的时间。这次他们的口语练习设计达到了我的预期效果。二、及时巩固,注重反馈 课堂反馈要及时,反馈要根据学生在课堂中语言活动的内容而定。在进行英语技能训练时,我轻易不打断学生,这样做为了消除学生怕错的心理负担,从而使其能主动积极思考问题,参与课堂活动。我课堂中力求通过表情、眼神、语言与学生产生共鸣,多一些热情的鼓励,少一些指责批评,使其以良好的心态继续参加后面的课堂活动。课后及时处理反馈信息,引导学生对一些易出错的地方,让学生学有所得。 三、教师在探究活动中的主导作用非常重要。体现在教师对教材的钻研,对整个教学过程的设计,对学生进行情感的激励,致力于探究学习氛围的营造。针对本课的知识点,我灵活设计教学活动,让学生通过合作学习,培养运用语言的能力和创新精神。通过本课的学习,学生能根据实际情况进行交流,使他们够在运用中感受自己的成就感,体会到学英语的快乐,激发他们学习的热情。四、这本节课中课堂环节时间掌握不好,致使我的课前紧后松,甚至造成拖堂。
针对以上问题,我认为可以从以下几个方面进行提高: 一、在教学的设计中要充分为学而教,以学生如何有效获取知识,提高能力的标准来设计教学。在上课之前实际上花费的时间越多,课堂效果会越好的,这个我本身有深刻的体会。特别是我们教学法上的一些有趣的教学方法让他们感觉很有趣。也乐意配合 二、多鼓励学生开口说英语,并能及时地表扬他们。我在上课的时候会尽量给他们pairwork的机会和时间。也会让他们表演,刚开始很少有人愿意上来,但是经过带动和一段时间的磨合,他们已经很喜欢这个环节了 三、在学习过程中,还要采取一些必要的措施来巩固和增强效果。如做到:(一)根据学内容,布置适量的有层次的练习;(二)进行阶段性测试,对试卷进行评分登记,鼓励好的,表扬进步的。以充分调动学生的学习积极性和自觉性。?
