Unit 16 Games We Play教学设计
【概述】
本课是广州市小学英语第三册Module 6 Unit 16 Games We Play的第二课时。学生在第一课时的的学习中已经掌握了一周七天的说法和问星期几等句子。本课要求学生通过学习会询问别人在一周内每天的课余活动安排及懂得回答，主要的句型有：What day is it today It’s …What do you usually do on Sunday (…) I usually …学会安排自己一周内的活动并与其他同学分享。并通过拓展听读、看图俩俩对话等活动，充分调动学生学习的主动性，使学生能够结合不同的情景，灵活运用本课所学的句型以及已学句型进行英语交际。
【活动目标】
1.巩固和运用一周七天和运动的单词和词组。
2.能在交际中运用以下句型：What day is it It’s … I usually … on … What do you usually do on … I ….
3.通过师生交谈，学生俩俩对话等活动，培养学生的听、说技能，提高语言的综合运用能力。
4.通过拓展听读，提高学生的听力和阅读能力。
5.学会安排自己一周内的活动并能与其他同学谈论自己的课外活动等。
【教学过程】
Step I: Warming up and revision
1. Greeting
2. Review the days of the week.
3. Sing a song: Days of the Week
4. Talk about the days of the week.
What day is it Is it Monday/… today

Step II: Presentation and practice
1. Present the sentence“ I usually… on …”
① T：（shows some pictures of her daily activities in a week and introduces.）
I usually play basketball on Monday.
I usually play badminton on Wednesday.
…
T says twice. The first time Ps just look and listen. The second time Ps repeat and do the actions.
② Write down the sentence on the blackboard. Let the Ps repeat.
③ Pair work.
Ps introduce their daily activities to their partner.
2. Present “What do you usually do on…”
① T makes an example with a pupil.
T: I usually play football on Monday. (…)
What do you usually do on Monday (…)
P: I usually …on Monday
② Write down the drills on the blackboard and let the Ps read
after T.
③ Ps practice in pairs.
3. Make a survey.
T shows the picture with keywords on PPT. Ps talk in pairs .
“What day is it ”
“What do you usually do after school on ... ”
Step III: Extensive listening and reading
根据本节课的教学内容，教师为学生提供了拓展听读材料，主要围绕着星期，活动以及所学过的句型，目的是希望学生通过听读，既能提高听力、增强语感，又能拓学词句、扩大知识面。
Step IV: Extensive talking : Introduce yourself.
Key words:
I’m… I can … I have… I like… I’m wearing… today.
I usually… after school. I often… at… I usually… on (Sunday).
学生听读完几篇阅读材料后，让学生结合所学知识介绍自己的日常活动安排，喜欢做些什么等等，在此环节中通过提供语境让学生有更多的语言输出的机会，促进学生的语言发展。
此环节通过song调动课堂气氛，激起学生开口说的欲望，使学生迅速进入状态。通过Free Talk帮助学生复习上一节课所学的一星期七天的说法以及有关句型，为下面的语言学习做好铺垫。
此环节通过师生对话，学生俩俩之间的对话，为学生提供了开口练习和运用所学语言知识的机会。
