Procedure:
Warm-up
1. sing the song: P32
2. do activity book P23. 1
Pre-task:
3. learn ‘lend me your … ‘
1) T: I like drawing. I want to draw a picture of my friend, Mary. (prepare a big paper before class) but where is my pencil Please lend me your pencil. (ask one kid to lend me a pencil)
P1: Here you are.
T: Thank you.
2) T: let me draw my friend. (假装用力,铅笔断了)oh, no, where is my pencil-sharpener Please lend me your pencil-sharpener. (ask one kid to lend me a pencil-sharpener)
P2: Here you are.
T: Thank you.
3) T: (draw on the paper) she has a round face, long hair, two big eyes, two big ears, one small nose and one big mouth. Is she beautiful (画的过程中,假装有个地方画得有点偏差,然后用“please lend me your rubber”向某个学生借,最后把图完成)
4) Practice: look and read the sentences
5) Game: who can get more from your classmates
Two pupils come out, use ‘please lend me your … ‘
To borrow something from their classmates, after 1 minute, see who can get more things
4. learn ‘Here is my … ‘
1) (接上面的游戏,利用游戏过程中同学收集的物品)T: look, here is a pencil, whose pencil is it
2) Ask the owners of those stationeries come out and say: Here is my …
5. learn “pack your bag”
1) listen and say, then put the things on the desk
T: show me your pencil.
Ps: Here is my pencil. (put it on the desk)
2) show these things step by step: pen, pencil, ruler, rubber, pencil sharpener, pencil-case.
3) T: Kelly, pack your bag. (help her to put all those stationeries into the bag, if the kids can’t understand, you can make more models)
4) Read the phrase in different ways
5) Practice in pairs. One speak out, the other one listen and do the action.
6) Sing the song in textbook P37
6. learn “open your books”
1) T: show me your books, please. Let’s read U8, OK Open your books, children.
2) Kids try to understand the meaning and do the actions
3) Read the phrases in different ways
4) Ask some kids come out and order.
P1: open your books, P2 and P3
P2 and P3 listen and do: OK.
While-task and post-task
7. learn the text
1) listen to the tape, try to understand the text
2) read the text picture by picture
3) ask some kids read the text
4) ask some kid come out and act out the text. Give the some scenes
5) 假设你准备去上学,上学前要做什么?
6) 上数学课需要用尺子,自己没有,怎么办?
7) 有同学写字时弄断了铅笔,你怎么做?
8) 同学做题目时做错了,需要什么?你会怎么做?

(change book to box, bag, eyes, pencil-case, mouth)
2) listen and do together, see which group is the fastest will get points
3) do it in pairs
4) ask some kids come out and order
4. learn P38.2
1) T: Where is your pencil
P1: It’s in my pencil-case.
T: Please lend me your pencil.
P1: OK.
T: Thank you.
2) practice in pairs, then check
3) T :( borrows a pencil from a kid before class, take out that pencil) Is this your pencil
P1: No, it isn’t.
T: is this your pencil
P2: Yes, it is.
T: Here you are.
P2: Thank you.
4) play a game: ask one kid come out and cover eyes. T take a pencil or other stationeries from another kid, use that stationery to make a dialogue.

5. look at U9 story time, discuss in groups.

8. do text book P38.2 ,choose one make a dialogue after the model
9. if possible, ask the kids do project 1

Finish the exercises in activity books, pay attention to raise the ability of writing, listening and doing exercises independently.
