Advice One:
Enough sleep.Do not stay up late.
熬夜有众多坏处，其中很重要的一点是记忆力杀手。经常熬夜，人白天处于困的状态，脑力就钝了，慢慢的长时间的熬夜，记忆力就下降了。所以，想要增强记忆力，最好要做到睡眠充足，不要熬夜。

脑子是越用越灵活，经常用脑，脑子长期处于思考的状态，那么脑子会越用越好使的。脑子不会用坏，只会歇坏。用只能会越用越灵活的。
