(一)好的开始是成功的一半。在热身环节中,我通过歌曲、游戏形式将学生的思绪一下子就从上一节课和课间活动中引入到英语课堂学习中来,学生学习英语的情绪被调动起来。
(二)学生喜欢宽松的课堂“自由”,教师不妨多多的“放纵”,给学生更大的自由想象和发挥的空间,让学生的个性得到充分的伸展。游戏教学、情境教学给了学生很多的自由空气,使他们能够从英语活动中享受到乐趣,并使这种乐趣得以巩固、保留,成为一种需要。
(三)课前准备充分。在备课时,不能完全按照教师的主观来进行,应从孩子的生活现实中发掘他们的生活经验,使他们更有亲切感,从而增强他们的兴趣。
今后需要改进的问题:
(一)在课堂上需要加强学生学习技能与技巧的培养。记得我国著名的教育家陶行知先生曾经说过:“好的先生不是教书,而是教学生学。”新课程强调,教的最优化必须要落实到学的最优化上,做到教为主导,学为主体,因此,在今后的教学中我要时刻注意指导学生掌握科学的学习方法。
(二)上课激情不够,“一个没有激情的教师,难以创设充满激情的课堂;一个没有激情的课堂,难以引导学生充满激情地学习。”在这个方面,我需要继续努力,向“大家”学习。
通过认真的反思,我深刻体会到,在教学中我们应该有一种前瞻的眼光,平时要多注意学习方法的指导,学习策略的培养,应该挖掘更深层次的激发学生学习兴趣的方法,从提高学生“内力”上下功夫,由单纯的知识性向综合的能力性过渡。只有这样,我们的课堂才有生命力,教学才有实效。
