T: Peach Blossom Festival is coming, what will you do if you are free on weekends?
If I am free, I’ll take a taxi to Liutai on weekends.
If I am hungry, I’ll eat some potato chips and chocolate.
If you come, I ’ll give you some advice about what to do.
If I don’t visit, I ’ll be upset.

Then, let the students to remember and use the new words: Can you use the words?
The teacher gives the students some Chinese and sentences. Let the students to practice the new words.

Next, let students make the conclusion about the grammar:

Section A Grammar Focus~3c教材分析
本单元围绕“谈论因果关系”及“作出决定是否做某事”这两个话题,设计了相关的语言情景。本单元的话题贴近学生的生活,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣。在第一课时,学生学习谈论因果关系,同时也能在活动中训练听、说、写的技能。语法聚焦呈现了本单元的所有的语言目标。这些目标语言,对于学生来说是学习本单元其他内容的基础。所以说,学好本节课的内容非常主要。
根据《新课程标准》总体目标的具体要求,结合本单元第一课时的教材内容,我的教学目标分解为知识目标、能力目标、情感目标、和师本研究四块。
1. 知识目标
词汇:organize; have a great time
掌握句型:-I think I am going to wear jeans to the party.
-If you do, the teacher won’t let you in.
-What will happen if they have the party today?
-Half the class won’t come if they have the party today.
语法:if引起的条件状语从句。
2. 能力目标
(1)培养学生听、说、读、写的能力。
(2)培养学生自主做决策的能力。
(3)培养学生用所学句型结构在日常生活中与人交际、交流的能力。
3. 情感目标
积极参加课外活动以及聚会,学会正确的接人待物的方式。
4. 师本研究目标
鼓励学生开口大声说英语,让他们越说越自信。
四、教学重难点分析
1. 教学重点:
(1)词汇:organize; have a great time
(2)掌握句型:-I think I am going to wear jeans to the party.
-If you do, the teacher won’t let you in.
-What will happen if they have the party today?
-Half the class won’t come if they have the party today.
(3)语法:if引起的条件状语从句。
这节课所学的基本句型是学习本单元其他内容的基础,所以掌握这些基本句型是本课的重点内容。
突破重点的方法是:观察------模仿------小组练习
2. 教学难点:
(1)掌握条件状语从句的结构及时态的使用。
(2)在日常生活中能够用条件状语从句表达自己的想法。
在if条件状语从句中学生们在使用时态时经常犯错误,所以让学生们理解if条件状语从句的含义和正确使用时态是本节课要突破的难点。
突破难点的方法:引导和帮助学生总结在if条件状语从句中时态的使用,然后让学生用所学的句型结构和同学们进行交流。让学生们在“在用中学,在学中用”。

初中英语学习的主要教育目标是培养学生的听、说、读、写能力及良好的语感。因此,我主要使用听-说教学法、任务教学法、情景教学法,让学生在真实的语言情景中,对目标语言有更好的理解。学生通过完成教师布置的任务和安排的活动,发展并提高自己的听、说、读、写能力及良好的语感。

多媒体、录音机以及教师用书都是这节课所需要的教学用具。

本单元的话题是关于“决定是否做某事”。 在这一单元里,学生学会讨论因果关系, 并且通过小组活动,有机会运用所学的语言结构和同学们进行交流。所以,学生们不仅学习语言知识,并且能够学会使用语言知识。提高学生课堂上使用英语的频率的最好的方法是教师在课堂上要完全使用英语进行教学,给学生树立一个好的榜样,让学生去模仿。而且,教师还要经常提醒学生在英语课堂上只能使用英语进行交流。每一个人对一件事得看法是不一样的,教师应该尽可能的让学生说出自己的观点,引导学生正确的处理生活中所遇到的人和事。
本课设计上思路非常清晰,由浅入深,教师带来学生一步一个脚印,渐渐近入学习任务,让学生非常自然的领会本课的知识点。习题的设计贴近学生生活,有趣又实用,学生的参与非常热烈。教师对课堂的把握非常到位,收放自如。本课主要学习有if 所引导的条件状语从句,并由will来谈论结果。首先由歌曲引入本课能够激发学生的学习兴趣。再次,学习过程当中有设计了比赛竞争的习题,充分调动了他们学习的积极性,增强了学生的竞争意识。在活动的选取方面,注重结合目标语言的机械操练及任务型的情景练习,使学生多方位的理解现在进行时的用法。让学生使用所学过的句型,可以巩固以前的知识。老师在任务中的指导地位是很重要的,要仔细设计好任务的各个环节,还要更加充分的备课、准备资料。针对课文所提出的问题,学生都回答的不错,可以看出学生通过自主学习已经确却的掌握了课文内容。
学生运用所提供的句型进行小组活动,讨论完成课后口头任务时都能积极表达自己的观点,讨论的比较全面。
利用多媒体课件上英语课,学生视听感受明显,表现出极大兴趣,在欣赏和享受中学习,学习效果很明显。
在教学设计过程中,要尽可能考虑学生情感在教学中的运用。 要设法让学生在快乐的环境下学习,充分地调动学生的情感因素,当然也不能单纯的追求快乐而忽视学生对知识的掌握和能力的培养。
在本节课中,我将自己仅作为知识传授这一核心角色中解放出来,成为学生能力的培养者,学习的激发者、辅导者、各种能力和积极个性的培养者,把教学的重心放在如何促进学生“学”上。我在设计中利用任务型教学,充分发挥的学生的主动性,培养学生合作、竞争意识,符合《英语课程标准》,是有效阅读课堂的尝试。
本课对教材和学情做了深入的分析,设计上思路非常清晰,由浅入深,教学任务设计贴近学生生活,有趣又实用,且难易程度环环相扣,层层递进,教师带来学生一步一个脚印,渐渐近入任务,让学生非常自然的领会本课的知识点。
不足之处在于学生谈论事件结果时,教师应适当的给出指导。
