The period is designed for students in Junior 1. Having learned English for so many years, the Ss have known something about how to describe what the people are doing. They show great interests in this topic as well.
This unit is a dialogue about what is happening on the school trip. It plays a very important role in this module. So it’s necessary for Ss to learn some words and expressions about the school trip and try to understand the present continuous tense in the context. For students, the aim is to get detail information about the school trip through listening and talk about what is happening on the school trip with the help of the key words. It’s helpful to raise their interests of different cultures and customs. In this unit, it’s helpful to help the Ss use the target language to talk about what the people are doing.

To get more information about what they are doing on the school trip and improve the listening skill better, I’ll ask Ss to listen to it one more time and complete the table.
