第一课时
1、 教学内容: dialogue in Unit 14
new words: motorbike alien
2、 教学目标:
1. 能听、说、读本课对话和新单词。
2. 在情景中能理解对话的内容,能问和答

3. 学生在模拟交际中熟练运用英语谈论常见的交通工具,能根据图猜测课文对话的意思,并能大声朗读对话,鼓励学生根据情景表演对话,提高学生听说能力,培养学生学英语的兴趣,增强学习信心。
3、 教学重点:
通过复习,巩固前一课学过的交通工具和有关交通工具的简单问答。理解对话内容,能用正确的语音语调朗读和表演课文。
4、 教学难点:
能听、说、读出单词alien和motorbike。掌握一般疑问句的语调及回答。
5、 教具:
单词卡片,图片,录音机,玩具交通五具等。
6、 教学过程:
Step1. Revision
1. Greeting
2.Sing the song :W hat is this
3. Say the rhyme. (仿U13自编,对第13课进行复习和拓展)
Step 2. Presentation
1. Play a guessing game.(先布置学生带玩具交通工具)
a. Play the game between the teacher and the pupils.
T--What’s in the bag
Ps--A bus / Is it a bus
T--Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t.
b. Pupils play the game in pairs.
2. Draw a road on the blackboard. (Show the transport pictures one by one.)
教师戴外星人Dim的头饰扮成外星人Dim,来到地球,对地球上的一切都感到很好奇。
Dim: Hello!
Ps: Hello!
Dim: I’m an alien.(出示单词卡alien, 学习新单词.)
My name is Dim. Nice to meet you.
Ps: Nice to meet you too.
Dim: What is that
(Put a car on the other side of the road.)
Ps: It’s a car
Dim: Is this a car
(Put a bike on the side of the road.)
Ps: No. It’s a bike.
(If necessary, the teacher can help them to answer.)
Dim: Is that a bike
Ps: No. It’s a motorbike.
Dim: Is that a blue car
Ps: No. It’s a blue bus!
(既复习了前面的单词,又可为引入新课做铺垫)
3. Show a picture of a spaceship.
-Is it a car/bike/ motorbike/ bus)
-No, it isn’t. It isn’t a car. It isn’t a bike. It isn’t motorbike. It isn’t a bus.
-What’s that
-It’s a spaceship.
Step 3. Practice
1. 出示主要句型
-What’s that
-It’s a…
-Is it a…
-No. It’s a…
2.Look at the pictures on the and practice in pairs.
-What’s that
-It’s a…
-Is it a…
-No. It’s a…
Step 4.Game
Say the rhyme: Is that a ship
Step 5. While reading
1. Look at the pictures in P63, and read the dialogue silently.
(初步感知)
2. Look and listen.
(整体感知)
3. Have the pupils read after the tape.
4. Let the pupils read the dialogue together.
(纠正单词发音,带读各别较难的句子。)
5. Divide the class into two and act out the dialogue.
6. Act out the dialogue in groups of four (Get ready for acting out the dialogue in front of the class.).
7. Get several groups of the pupils to act out the dialogue in front of the class. (The strong pupils can act out the dialogue without books.)
Step 6. Development
Have the pupils look at the pictures and make dialogues.
Step 7. Summary
Ask the pupils to sum up.
Step 8. Homework
1. Recite the dialogue and act out the dialogue with the parents.
2. Be ready to act out the dialogue in group of four without books next class.
Step 9. Feedback:
本课是第五单元TRANSPORT的第二课,这是一节巩固课。重点是通过复习,巩固前面学过的交通工具和有关交通工具的简单问答。我在教学中采用温故知新的方法,配合媒体、动作、表情、创设情景,进行对话。使学生装在模拟交际中熟练运用英语谈论常见的交通工具,掌握一些有关交通工具的知识。提高学生听说能力,培养学生学英语的兴趣,增强学习信心。
