It is important to keep yourself in good health. When you are sick, you will neither be able to study nor enjoy yourself. One of the factor(因素) leading to good health is to have a good diet.

方法很重要、多做勤反思教师寄语教学反思
我执教的是人教版新目标英语八年级上册Unit7 Will people have robots? 的讲评课。为了做到有的放矢,把试卷讲深讲透,在开课前我先做了大量的准备工作:广泛收集试卷信息,仔细分析答题情况。
一、充分的课前准备
1.数据统计。
  为了做到对成绩、对学生、对试卷心中有数,我们除了要统计整套试卷的平均分,班级的最高分、最低分,及格率、优秀率、低分率之外,还要统计每题得分率及每一知识板块的得分率,
  2.分析比较。
  根据每题出现的典型错误揣摩学生的答题思路,归纳造成学生答题错误的主要原因(或审题意识,或知识积累,或心理因素,或卷面书写,或语言表达,等等),以明确学生在各个板块复习中的总体优势和劣势。比较是为了充分利用试卷的检测功能,发现教学中的进步和薄弱环节,发现学生学习的基本状况,更好地指导以后的教学。比较可以是同类班级的横向比较,也可以是本次考试与近几次考试情况的纵向比较;可以将同一试卷中不同题型、不同板块的得分情况作比较分析;还可以从优等生与后进生的对比分析中,找出优等生之所以优秀,后进生之所以落后的原因。
  3.确定重难点。
  数据统计及分析比较的根本目的,在于站在命题思想和备考策略的高度,对得分率低的试题认真查找失分原因,发现教学中的漏洞和不足,并确定讲评的知识重点和板块重点,做到有的放矢。
二、精心设计教学环节
  1. 根据我校和乐课堂的教学模式,将本次授课分为六大环节:出示目标;试卷简评;核对答案,自主纠错;小组合作,质疑解;、重点探究,拓展延伸;达标测评。
2.选题典型。一份试卷中总有一些错误率高、迷惑性大的试题,还有一些能体现本阶段专题教学重点的试题。我选择这些试题作为讲评的重点,而不是面面俱到。根据学生答题情况,对某道题或某个板块试题的常见干扰陷阱设置讲清、讲明。
3.融会贯通。我在讲评过程中,帮助学生借题发挥,类比延伸,调动已有的知识积累,理清相关的知识结构,使学生形成一个经纬交织、融会贯通的知识网络。
  4.再现情境。讲评试卷时由学生讲述答题思路,还原考试情境,甚至让他们提问、质疑,这样既能调动学生的积极性,也可使讲评更贴近学生心理。充分发挥学生的主体作用,变讲评课由传统的“一言堂”为师生交流、生生交流的“群言堂”。
  5.增强信心。学习没有常胜将军,一马当先不必沾沾自喜,马失前蹄不必妄自菲薄,学习关键在于细、实、慢、活,坚持不懈。特别是对于考试成绩较差的学生,我不仅没有过多地指责、批评,而且在讲评时,特别注意帮助他们恢复信心,使其保持和强化学好英语的心理动机。
三、不足之处 1.个别题目拓展不到位,没有针对学生的错误做进一步的指导练习。 2.设计的导学案练习题较多,个别题目没有留出足够的时间让学生进行投影展示。
通过本次研课,我深深地感到,教学是一门永无止境的艺术,无论怎样构思教学,总有需要我们进一步改进的地方,因此,备好课绝不是一句空话,它需要我们充分了解教材,了解学生,需要我们踏踏实实地考虑好每一环节,最大程度地让学生接受每节课所学的知识。
