教材分析
本单元以“《I’m more outgoing than my sister》”为话题展开教学活动。这个单元主要是学习比较级和最高级的用法。这个语法项目在初中英语中是非常重要的，也是考试的重点之一。本章节是这个单元的第二节，即训练学生对形容词副词比较级的灵活使用。本课时主要是总结归纳比较级用法的规律。然后进行大量练习。第二部分的细节内容为：Grammar Focus,以及一些必要的练习。教师在指导学生学习的过程中，主要让学生掌握用比较级进行交际，也就是用比较级对人物进行比较。教材在编写过程中强调的是：通过上一节的新授内容，学生已经基本掌握了比较级的简单用法，这节课主要是巩固和加深对比较级的使用。同时还附加了一个内容，就是当两者相同的情况下用as…as… .在教授过程中需要教师由浅入深，慢慢加大练习。特别是可以增加一些趣味性的游戏，既练习了学生的英语口语表达能力，又能提高学生的观察能力。本节课的重点是比较级的正确使用。难点是熟练的描述对比两个人或者事物。要想突破难点，练习重点，首先复习比较级形式，然后由简入繁地慢慢渗透练习，最后让学生能熟练运用所学知识对话。

本节课为人教版新目标Go for it! 《Unit 3 I’m more outgoing than my sister》
Section A 2 （Grammar focus-3c ）的一节展示课，这节课的目的主要是通过学习形容词和副词的比较等级来让学生熟练运用所学知识对现实中的两个人或者事物进行比较。这节课我的设计思路是先温故知新，然后释疑操练, 小组展示，后来又通过链接中考进行训练，最后是知识升华。整堂课用多媒体课件展示。在教学过程中，内容层层推进，由浅入深，学生比较好接受，课堂效果也不错，而且很多学生甚至所填词语超出老师的设想，很灵活的运用所学知识。这一点值得赞扬。还有的学生组织语言能力较强，能在较短的时间内熟练交际。在展示中，通过小组合作，
小组成员对未解决的问题发表自己的意见，相互请教，相互帮助，积极吸纳他人的意见，以便高效达成实际训练交际的目的。
需要改进之处：
在小组合作探究的过程中，部分学困生不能够积极参与讨论，只是被动的去接受，而非主动的去思考，归纳。在小组活动任务的设计上梯度任务设置不够到位，还需进一步改进。
教学环节的衔接方面还需要改进。
调动课堂气氛方面，还需要激情和更好的组织技巧。
