本节课是一节阅读课,从思想上,学生对阅读有很重的思想包袱,所以我通过一个个层层递进的教学任务让学生在完成任务的过程中,理解文章,提高阅读技巧。先从简单的短语,再到句子,最后让学生完成阅读理解的任务,一环套一环,从基础知识开始,克服阅读心理障碍。
在准备上课时我主要从以下几个方面入手
Step1.
Greeting each other. 通过Talk Freely这一环节活跃课堂气氛,消除学生的紧张感。
Step2.
1).读前“头脑风暴”活动。让学生说出大家一般都害怕的动物名称,复习词汇
Step3. Fast Reading:
快速阅读,抓主要信息,让学生选出与文章意思相符的图片。
Step4. Work on 2b :
首先播放录音,让学生注意新单词的发音,然后让学生快速阅读短文并且根据文章大意回答问题。
方法指导:带着问题,然后快速阅读短文,争取在较短的时间内,找到答案。
Step5. Work on 2c
Read the article again and put the phrases in order.
让学生按要求自主完成排序,然后检查学生完成情况。
2. Try to retell the story according to the pictures.
指导学生根据图片提示完成文章复述,通过这样的设计,巩固核心词汇,使知识由浅入深,让同学们在不知不觉中掌握了文章的大意并学会了合作。

Section B 2a-2c教材分析
一.教材的地位和作用:
本单元以周末活动为主线,运用一般过去式谈论刚刚过去的一些常见周末活动。本单元分为SectionA,SectionB,Self Check三个部分,五个课时。本部分是前面SectionA的拓展,学生要进一步学习更多动词的过去式,更加强调语言的运用。本节课为本单元第三课时,以阅读为核心,通过这个在印度遭遇蛇的故事,进一步输入本单元的目标语言和动词的过去式形式,即巩固学生的语言基础,也让学生增长了知识,开阔了视野。
二、三维教学目标的设立:
<<英语课程标准>>指出:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效地学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是中学英语教学的基本任务。在认真分析教材的基础上,结合学生的实际,将本课时的教学目标确定如下:
1. 语言知识目标:
1) 学习掌握下列词汇:surprise,wake…up,ago,put up a tent,make a fire…etc.
2)熟练运用一般过去实现语言输出。
2. 情感态度价值观目标:
了解时间顺序是讲述故事的主线, 了解国外学生的周末生活。
二、教学重难点
1. 教学重点:
1) 掌握本部分出现的生词和词组,达到熟练运用的目标。
2) 阅读短文,获得相关的信息。通过阅读练习,来提高阅读能力。
2. 教学难点:

在完成7年级下册第12单元Section?B?2b阅读的教学中,我是以新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动的。通过对教材的理解我确立了以培养学生语言知识、应用能力、文化意识和学习策略为中心的教学目标,充分体现了为学生全面发展和终生发展和学习奠定基础的原则;目标层层递进,并贴近生活,具有可实践性。作为本单元的教学反思,我想谈谈自己在教学过程中比较满意的地方,以及自己的教学不足。
在教学过程中,我采用了小组合作评价及提高阅读技巧的教学手段,立足根本,从学生的实际出发,注重学生长远的发展。
一、?阅读方面
本节课是一节阅读课,从思想上,学生对阅读有很重的思想包袱,所以我通过一个个层层递进的教学任务让学生在完成任务的过程中,理解文章,提高阅读技巧。先从简单的短语,再到句子,最后让学生完成阅读理解的任务,一环套一环,从基础知识开始,克服阅读心理障碍。
二、?口语交际方面
在平时的教学中,我十分重视听说训练,尝试让学生在口语运用中学会表达他们的个人意见,抒发个人情感。本单元主要是谈论周末活动,这与学生的个人生活息息相关,只要引导得当,极易激发学生的兴趣,开展关于这一话题的讨论。在准备上课时我主要从以下几个方面入手
1、通过Talk Freely这一环节活跃课堂气氛,消除学生的紧张感.
1).读前“头脑风暴”活动,让学生说出大家一般都害怕的动物名称,复习词汇
What animal are you afraid of ?Why? 通过问题,引入正题。
有了良好的开端,课文的阅读教学就顺畅了许多。
2、?本节课,采取听录音,回答问题的方式,让学生带着问题阅读课文,再提出问题。开展小组合作竞赛的方式,以提问题最多和回答问题最多的小组为优胜组,给予奖励。因而学生一直在积极参与,提出的问题之丰富,超越了老师的想象,体现了他们丰富的想象力和创造力,取得了极佳的效果。事后,我调查了一下,许多同学已在课上背下了课文,课文内容耳熟能详。
3、?在对待开放性话题上,是我与学生最愿意进行的部分。本单元我们选择的开放性话题是:What did you do last weekend??在轻松的谈吐中,他们却都能自觉地使用我们学到的语言目标,对重点句型能熟练运用,可喜的是,许多同学对完成时态的用法超越了教材,达到了一定的高度,并能使用准确。
三、?情感态度方面
恒心和毅力是学习中不可缺少的意志品质。在收集用品上,也需要这种意志。在教学过程中,我处处以此为突破口,教育学生培养个人爱好的同时,也应加强自己意志品质的锻炼,并对做得好的同学予以表扬。如,收藏个人爱好物品最长时间的人;坚持写日记时间最久的人;作业坚持完成最认真的人。我觉得,一节课下来,也给他们带来了许多反思。教师在教学中有一颗童心,有一颗爱心,我们便会在课堂上将这种情感表达出来,使学生感受到温情的萦绕,产生丰富的情感和积极的情绪体验,以此为基础,拥有对知识的渴求,对真理的追求,对美的赞叹以及对生活的热爱。乐于学习也不再是一句空话,而会演变为他们为理想而付出的实践。在教学过程中,使用小组合作评价方式我收获很大,但也有许多不足,例如:
1、学生的参与度不均衡一节课下来,大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来,并积极举手发言。课堂气氛比较活跃,调动了大部分学生听课的积极性,因此合作教学对提高学生实际的语言交流能力、以及与他人的合作能力有很大的促进作用。但很明显的,语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多,代表小组汇报的机会也多,而另有一些学生却习惯于当听众,被动地接受别人的观点。很少发表自己的个人意见,也就是说在小组合作学习中学生的参与度不均衡,而这部分学生主要是学习困难生.
2、个别学生的合作不主动教师在开展教学活动时,个别小组出现“冷清”的场面,这些学生只顾自己独立思考,停留在独立学习的层次上,没有发挥合作学习的优势,使合作流于形式。出现上述情况,从合作学习的参与者——教师的角度分析主要是教师的设计和引导不恰当、或小组的编排不够合理等。从合作学习的参与者---学生的角度分析,主要是学生还没有掌握基本的合作技能,或者合作意识淡薄,角色的落实不到位,或合作能力不强,合作精神不够。因此作为教师既要注意到每个合作小组成员的合理编排,又要注意到自己教学内容的设计、话题的趣味性以及如何把学生的积极性真正的调动起来。?????通过对本单元的教学反思,我从中领悟到了一种思想,一种理念,那就是优化课堂教学,提高课堂效果。我要以此作为我的教学思想,指导我下一步的教学工作
