1. Understanding the task
The students get a task of writing and presenting a report to the IOC president Mr. Rogge on the Beijing's preparation for the 2008 Olympic Games. The students use passive voice to fulfill this task at the end of the class.
2. Getting prepared for the task
1) Observing and summing up the language structure
The Ss will observe and sum up the form the passive sentences in different tenses (selected from the textbook).
