众所周知当学生进入八年级以后，随着年龄的增长他们在英语课堂上越来越不愿动口学说英语，对英语的兴趣感也日益下降；再加上学生在英语学习上的两级分化进一步加大，所以要上好一堂英语课也越来越不容易。基于以上情况，我想结合自己在本节英语课，谈一谈自己在教学中的得与失。我所上的教材是人教版新目标英语八年级下册Unit 3 Could you please clean your room?本单元以Could you please clean your room?为中心话题，围绕着描述家庭成员间的日常事物展开，学习和运用交际用语Could you please...?让学生学会谈论和分享家庭家务事。教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关，易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中，学生通过交换对家务事情的描述及看法，促进学生与家庭成员之间的感情。本课是第一课时，主要学习内容是:家务方面的单词和短语以及用Could you please ...?向别人礼貌地提出请求。 本节课从整体上来说自己感觉是比较成功的一堂课,为了能更好地提高自己的授课水平，我将这节课的成功和不足之处做一详细分析：
优点：本节英语课采用“情景导入，小组合作”课堂教学实施的步骤：明确目标，热身互动；图片导入，游戏辅助；新知呈现，学说演练；听说领先，合作趣练；巩固新知，延伸拓展。可见此种教学既激发学生学习兴趣，又促进学生的合作交流；既巩固新知，又合理拓展；既有效输入，又高效输出；这样的教学能够最终达到如此效果：鼓励学生积极参与合作、交流，尊重学生个体差异，满足多样化的学习需求；激发了学生学习兴趣，发展了学生主动学习的能力，培养了用英语进行简单交际的意识。总之，促进了学生综合语言运用能力的形成。
不足：个别学生参与度差，习惯于当听众，被动的接受知识。部分学生在多媒体教学中，纪律不太好，因此在备课中要考虑此因素，让基础差的学生不能放弃。
