Section?B (两课时)
一、教学目标
1.在本课中,进一步巩固运用will+动词原形来预言将要发生的动作。
2.理解并能正确运用以下三种时态:一般现在时、一般过去时和一般将来时。
3. 掌握astronaut、space、station、World Cup、Olympic Games等扩充的词汇,在讨论和交流中提高综合运用语言的能力。
二、教学流程
1. 情景导入
教师让学生拿出自己搜集或绘制的关于宇宙太空、世界杯足球赛或奥运会的图片;或组织学生观看教师设计的关于这些内容的movies,在观看和讨论的同时,展示给学生这些新的词汇。
2. 课前热身
教师可组织学生就其感兴趣的宇宙、太空、世界杯、奥运会这些话题来讨论,并发表个人对于这些内容的语言。课本P4的1a、2b、P5的4pairwork,这些内容可以有助于师生开展这些话题。
3. 合作探究
(1)整体感知
Section B 是Section A 的外延和拓展。教学过程,可先以1a开始,再到1b,师生可以用对话的形式来复习和运用一般将来时,然后可利用P4的第4部分的Pairwork对一般将来时进行进一步的讨论,加深对一般将来时的理解。2a、2b和2c分别是听、说训练,涉及到谈论过去(一般现在时)、现在(一般现在时)、将来(一般将来时)这三种时态的运用。3a是范文事例,具体的体现了本单元的语言目标Make predictions,即一般将来时的运用。3b是写作训练,可通过该部分所提示的游戏形式来完成。

师生以下列对话来引出1a内容。
师:What will you be in 10 years?
生:I will be an astronaut.
师:Where will you live?
生:I will live in the space station.
师:How wil1 you get there?
生:I’ll get there by rocket.
明确-----在对话中完成1a部分的表格,培养学生的分类意识并帮助学生在表格中填入尽可能多的词。

学生完成2a和2b的听力图表后,可继续开展2c中的对话活动。

  这种用法通常带有表示将来的时间状语,如果不带时间状语,

  另一意义是表示“预见”,即现在已有迹象表明
将要发生或即将发生某种情况。     It’s going to rain. George is putting on weight, he is going
