教学案例反思

内容摘要:在上本课时,对教学目标,过程,活动的设计与操作满意的部分,以及在教学中的不足之处。最后由本节课延伸到自己对英语课堂教学的理念。
在完成七年级下册第二单元第一课时的教学中,我是以新课程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动的。?
在英语教学我主要让全体学生,通过听、说、读、写等方面能力的训练,使学生获得基础知识和为交际运用英语的能力。由于学生到了七年级下学期,随着词汇量、语法知识的增加及难度的加大,对学生的口语表达能力和阅读能力都有新的要求,部分学生逐渐产生了消极情绪,没有兴趣,甚至厌学。所以部分学生就跟不上了,甚至放弃,同时出现两级分化现象,这就要求老师要有新的提高。 因此,在教学实践中,我想方设法帮助学生学会学习,以及激发和保持学习动力,培养自学自主学习的能力,培养良好的学习习惯,把优化课堂教学当成落实素质教育的主渠道,尽最大可能为学生创设运用英语的情景,指导学生积极地运用语言,在学中用,在用中学。在本节教学完成后,我想谈谈自己在教学目标,过程,活动的设计与操作中比较满意的地方,以及自己的教学中不足之处。
一、教学目标方面的优点:
目标方面能以三维目标的具体要求展开教学,即
知识目标:
⑴词汇cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, pianist, scientist, computer grammar, be sure about。 ??
⑵本课主要句型:What do you want to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer.How are you going to do that? I’m going to study math hard.????????????????????????????????
2、能力目标:⑴对重点词汇能实现听说读写四会目标。 (2)能利用本课重点句型和同学交流自己理想的职业和做法。?
3、情感目标:职业不分高低贵贱,要干一行爱一行。而且在本课语法教学语法中,我让学生快乐地“无意识”地去学习。
在这一课时,首次出现了询问别人长大以后打算做什么:What do you want to be when you grow up? I’m going to be an engineer”所以我首先引导学生结合自己的实际来模仿句型进行分组讨论练习,并鼓励学生做出回答,然后通过快速展示明星图片让学生以竞赛抢答的方式操练并巩固了上述目标句型,并加深了学生的理解。再让学生把自己要回答的句子写下来,接着教师通过ppt出示正确的句子,让学生进行比较后总结自己的错误,最后教师强调词汇、语法重点及难点部分。通过简单的练习巩固、强化,效果非常好。如果简单地告诉学生be going to用法,学生听过即忘,效果肯定不佳。?教学目标方面的不足之处是:
1.没有很好了解学生的基础知识,对职业及人称变化表达没有做好充分的复习,使学生在运用的过程中出现了混淆; 目标语言的操练形式有些单调。
2. 听力部分材料有点长,学生捕捉重要信息的能力差,听力前也没能很好的进行提示。课堂任务的设置不尽合理,目标完成效果不明显。
?二、教学过程的亮点是:
1.能运用多媒课件体进行辅助教学,为学生进行话题的谈论提供了形象生动地活动画面,并付上相应的英语词汇, 使学生有了足够的语言信息,充分保证了语言信息的输入量,为学生的Pairwork, Groupwork, Make a survey 等语言运用打好了基础,教学效果良好;
2. 拓展性训练效果很好, 学生在掌握目标语言的基础上谈论了自己的梦想,激烈有趣,同时对自己或别人的梦想做了简单的评价,得到了沟通与交流;
3. 注重学法的指导
4. 能为学生安排相应的课后练习,及时巩固新的语言知识点 。
教学过程的缺点是:
一节课下来,大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来,并积极举手发言。课堂气氛比较活跃,调动了大部分学生听课的积极性,因此合作教学对提高学生实际的语言交流能力。但很明显的,语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多,代表小组汇报的机会也多,而另有一些学生却习惯于当听众,被动地接受别人的观点。很少发表自己的个人意见,也就是说在小组合作学习中学生的参与度不均衡,因此作为教师既要注意到每个合作小组成员的合理编排,又要注意到自己教学内容的设计、话题的趣味性以及如何把学生的积极性真正地调动起来。 三、教学活动中的优点是:
1.充分利用多媒体,从视觉和听觉强化,学生掌握主要的词汇提供了大量的信息,对一般将来时进行了训练,学生掌握得很好;
2. 开放性话题谈论“What do you want to be when you grow up? I’m going to be …很贴近学生的生活实际, 充分体现了语言知识的运用功能;
3在谈论个人信息的同时开阔了视野,加强了学生的沟通能力和意识,有效地组织学生进行了合作学习。
4.真实的语言情境,激发学生的学习兴趣。通过小组的活动,让学生以主人的身份参与课堂,进行大量的语言活动。能够用学生熟悉的话题,创设真实的情境,谈论理想。
教学活动中的缺点是:
教师在开展教学活动时,个别小组出现“冷清”的场面,这些学生只顾自己独立思考,?停留在独立学习的层次上,没有发挥合作学习的优势,使合作流于形式。出现上述情况,从合作学习的参与者——教师的角度分析主要是教师的设计和引导不恰当、或小组的编排不够合理等。从合作学习的参与者——学生的角度分析,主要是学生还没有掌握基本的合作技能,或者合作意识淡薄,角色的落实不到位,或合作能力不强,合作精神不够。对学困生照顾不到位,应该给他们创设一定间和空间鼓励他们参与到活动中,让他们也有成就感。
通过本节课的教学反思,我从中领悟到了一种思想,一种理念,那就是优化课堂教学,提高课堂效果。要求我们英语老师要及时转换自己的角色和观念,做一名出色的节目主持人,组织好每一项课堂活动,把表演的机会给学生,让学生成为真正的“主角”,让学生时刻处在体验,实践,参与,合作与交流的活动中,努力建立平等和睦的师生关系,让学生喜欢自己的英语课。不断提高他们的学习能力,培养学生积极的情感态度,丰富学生学习生活,使学生的文化意识、生活意识等素养都得到全面发展。

一、本单元重点难点分析
本单元话题功能为谈论职业理想以及如何实现理想的举措。Section A主要谈论未来职业和实现理想的措施。围绕 “My dream job”这一主题进行一系列的交际活动,使学生掌握be going to, want to be结构的准确表达,正确使用what, how, where, when引导的特殊疑问句对未来计划进行询问。在谈论这一主题时,学生对于未来理想的憧憬会多种多样,表达时会受到词汇的限制,所以词汇教学和语法教学既是重点也是难点。
Section B谈论新年计划“New Year’s resolutions”。围绕这个话题,实现对Section A所学知识的巩固、拓展和提升运用。围绕此话题,教材设计了一系列的任务链活动,例如,听力练习,对话练习,阅读练习。阅读旨在帮助学生在掌握语篇信息的同时,发展相应的阅读技能,提升阅读水平。所以,学生学习的难点在于对阅读语篇出现的多重阅读策略的领会和掌握上。通过Section B的学习,要求充分理解和掌握将来时的含义,以便在以后的学习和生活中准确运用be going to ,want to be结构。

这节课是本册的第二个单元的第一课时,所以如果学生能学好它,它将有助于使学生学会本单元的其余部分。这节课是关于听力和口语。通过这样的学习,可以提高自己的口语和听力ability. Such主题是与日常生活相关,所以它很容易提高学习兴趣和主单元的内容。

八、反思
本节课主要学习职业名称和谈论对有关职业的将来规划。在教学中,我通过大量呈现图片,生动的直观的向同学们介绍了各种职业单词,并创设了相应的情境,让他们相应的即时操练。整个操作过程是听说读写四个步骤,一环套一环,环环相扣。不足之处是由于时间关系,有些地步地方没有尽情的展开。所以,虽然调动了学生的积极性,却没有让广大的学生充分的参与。
