教材分析
本节课是人教版初一下学期第十二单元第二课时。本单元主要以周末活动为主线,以What did you do last weekend?为中心话题,主要运用what/where/who 引导的特殊疑问句来谈论周末活动“去了哪里,做了什么,和谁一起去的。 ”本单元的语言功能是运用一般过去时谈论刚刚过去的一些常见周末活动。这一话题贴近学生们的日常生活,也是继本学期第十一单元后继续学习一般过去时的用法,符合学生的认知结构和年龄特征。
本节课的教材内容较少,从Grammar focus到3c,教材活动设计简单,主要是说和基础语言运用。重点就是用过去时态来谈论同学们的周末活动,同时通过谈论周末活动来进一步学习一般过去时态。另外,活动3b通过一篇小短文,以幽默故事的形式让学生了解学习外语的重要性,既能够激发学生的学习兴趣,也能对学生进行情感教育。
为了完成本节课的教学目标,仅靠课本中提供的素材是不够的,需要教师对教学资源进行科学整合。通过适当的补充语言知识,联系学生实际和现实生活,并设计丰富多彩的活动,来对本节课的语言目标进行反复操练,全面提高学生的听说读写能力。
教学反思
课堂优点:
1.英语新课程标准倡导学生自主合作学习模式,即让学生在老师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式,实现该任务的目标,感受成功。在本节课的教学中,我设置的教学环节和任务由易到难,层层递进,并注意联系学生实际生活,创设真实的运用英语的语言环境,让学生在小组合作中学会英语,掌握英语,运用英语。教学过程中,注意引发学生对话题的兴趣,让学生体验到用英语进行交流的乐趣。同时,与学生进行广泛的合作、协调和沟通,并在适时进行指导和评价。
2.在本节课中我采取小组合作、小组训练、小组竞争的形式,让每个学生都有参与的机会,给每个学生展示自我的舞台,并适时地鼓励他们,让学生都能感到成就感。
课堂不足:
1.对于能顺利完成教学环节任务的学生,评价还不够到位,鼓励性不够强,评价过于笼统,没有贴近学生心理和他们的性格特点。
2.课堂语言还不够富有激情,缺少鼓动性,让学生不敢大胆发言。
3.整节课的活动形式过于单一,过于程式化。如果能让学生在更轻松,自由的课堂气氛下参与多种活动,效果能更好。
作为教师,要不断地学习和探索才能有足够的能力满足学生求知的欲望,而不是一味的抱怨学生的愚笨或教材不适用,教师应当反思自己的教学环节和教学思路、观点是否需要改进,是否符合学生的需求,以一丝不苟、谦虚谨慎的态度对待每一个教学细节。教师要懂得换位思考,多站在学生的角度上,放下为人师的架子,做一个温和而谦逊的引领者和帮助者,产生1+1大于2的效果。??总之,教师应当提高课堂驾驭的技巧和能力,灵活运用教学机智,打造高效课堂。

教学设计
英语新课程标准倡导学生自主合作学习模式,即在老师的指导下,通过模仿真实的运用英语的语言环境,让学生在小组合作中学会英语,掌握英语,运用英语。本节课立足教材和学生实际,对教材内容进行了大量的整合,结合现实生活,借助图片、音像资料和合作学习的模式,通过丰富多彩的活动,让学生充分感知、体验、实践、参与和合作,达到掌握目标语言,运用一般过去时谈论刚刚过去的一些常见周末活动的目的。
具体设计如下:
一、教学目标
1.能在日常情境中熟练地使用一般过去时态进行交际。
2.学会使用一般过去时态中由who,what,where,how 进行提问的特殊疑问句。
二、教学重难点
能够在日常情境中熟练地使用一般过去时态的特殊疑问句。
教学方法
1.采用多媒体技术教学,学生积极性高,同时可大大提高课堂效率。
2.采用情景教学,直观,生动,融知识点于游戏中,轻松,愉快。
3.采用生生合作的教学模式,兵教兵、兵练兵,将学生自主学习贯穿始终。

Step 1 Warm up
T: Hello, everyone.
Ss: Hello, Ms Wang.
T: Today we will learn period 2 of Unit 12 What did you do last weekend? First, I have some photos for you. Let’s enjoy them together.

T:Are they beautiful?
Ss: Yes.
T: I’m glad you like them because they were taken by me. Last weekend I went to the park and took the photos. What did you do last weekend? Please think of two things that you did last weekend and share them with us.

Step 2 Aims

Step 3 Guessing game
