反思的重要性:在英语课堂教学中,教师将面对各种新的教育思想、资源、模式、过程、手段和方法,因而要求教师具备能够分析、讨论、评估和改变其教育思想和教育实践的能力,成为教学过程的反思者。只有通过不断反思自己的教学过程,才会了解自己的教学理念与教学实践是否存在差距、教学设计和课堂任务的实施中是否存在问题;只有在教学过程中不断反思和探索,自己的教学理念才会得以拓展、更新和发展,而经过拓展和更新的新理念又会引导和推动教师进行新的教学实践。
下面以鲁教版(五四制)七年级上册 Unit 7 I’m more outgoing than my sister. Section B(2a-2e)这一课时为例,以求在反思中学习、在反思中进步。
本节课是一节阅读课,本节课的重点是通过阅读培养学生的阅读技巧以及比较级的运用,所以人物设计主要围绕这两个重点展开,最后的输出是通过关于朋友的作文体现的。至于学单词,我是放在阅读的过程中学的,目的是通过语境更好的理解单词的意思。
一、课前热身
本节课的主要内容是Compare friends,既然与朋友有关,那么我就给学生拍了好多和好朋友在一起的照片,配上歌曲The more we get together,一下子就吸引了学生的兴趣,而且为后面的学习和写作做好铺垫。
二、阅读前。在学生心中的朋友是什么样的呢?我先让学生小组讨论,引入到现实情况,问学生自己的看法,进行一个Free talk描述好朋。再抛出有关朋友的谚语,快速默读课文,找出他们的观点。目的是检查学生对于比较级变形的掌握情况以及对本节课的预习情况。
三、阅读过程。阅读过程主要设计了四个任务。第一个任务是通过连线了解每个人的主要观点,主要是从整体入手,更好地掌握整篇课文。第二个任务是通过回答问题,学习利用关键词,带着问题去阅读课文。第三个任务是设计填表,利用表格拓展学生思路,帮助学生更好的理解、记忆。第四个任务是利用阅读过程中归纳的关键词对文本进行复述,锻炼学生的口语表达能力。这四个任务层层递进,紧紧围绕本课的重点,既理解了文本,又通过阅读技巧的点拨使学生学会了解决问题的办法。
四、阅读拓展。我设计了调查报告和小写作的形式,通过层层递进的方式,降低了写作的难度。
五、课堂升华。患难朋友才是真正的朋友,在周华健的《朋友》中学生意识到: A friend in need is a friend indeed.
不足:小组合作讨论的不够热烈。虽然能够积极的参与,积极的表现,只可惜我设计的活动不够新颖有趣,且给学生留出训练时间太少,没给出一篇有关阅读让学生训练,没有把阅读吃透。

2.学生能通过关键词寻读的阅读策略和预测的学习策略获取信息;能运用新知和旧知对文本的主旨内容进行输出。
