Step One: Get ready for the class.
1. Greetings.
2. Sing a song: What do you want to do
Step Two: Revision.
1. Ask and answer.
2. Free talk in pairs.
3. Check up their talking.
Step Three: Presentation
1. Teaching the sentence structure by the real things
Do you have any …… Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
2. Teaching the new words by the real things and pictures.
Staples scissors stamps envelopes paper clips paper tape glue
(Pupils read the words several times, make sure the pupils are able to read the words well.)
3. Use the words to ask and answer in pairs.
4. Listen to the tape and repeat the conversation and words.
5. Read the conversation in groups, then act it
Step Four: Practice and summary
1. Play a game: Mouthing game.
2. Use the small cards to ask and answer in pairs.
3. Ask some pupils to talk about the points that we learned in this lesson.
Step Five: Homework
1. Read the conversation for three times.
2. Copy the new words five times.
3. Do some exercises in the Writing Book in Unit Two.
