Step1:Revision
1) Review words with the cards in Unit 2
Play guessing games
2) Pair work ( use these sentence to ask and answer)

Does…have any… Yes , he does./ No. he doesn’t. But he has some…
Step2: presentation
T: I’m hungry. I want to cook. Now, I need some rice, meat, salt, sugar, tofu and juice. (T: rice , rice, rice S: rice…)
A. Using real objects to present : sugar salt tofu juice rice meat. Students read one by one or group work
B. Using cards to consolidate/
Play a missing game.
C. Listen to the tape of the words.
D. Present sentences: What do we have
We have some sugar.
Do we have any … No, we don’t.
Draw a picture of a big fridge. Stick the cards on the fridge.
Let the students ask me, then exchange.
We need some…. (Practice with partners)
E. Listen to the tape of Target.
F. Making up dialogues, using the words and sentences.
G. Act out the dialogues.
H. Finish some exercise in Writing Book P10.3, P11.4
Step3 Conclusion:
Let the students talk about what they have learned in this period. Get together a good idea.
Homework:
1. Read the words and recite Target。
2. Copy new words
