It’s three o’clock/ eight fifteen/ eleven thirty/ twelve forty-five/ two fifty.

It’s two ten.
=It’s ten past two. (除了时、分的表达,还有分、时的时间表达法)
Explain : past (时针在30分之前用past)
Practice:
What time is it It’s five past three/ twenty past eight/ twenty-five past twelve.
Present: What time is it (7.15 11.30)
It’s a quarter past seven/ half past eleven.
Explain: quarter, half
