二、教学目标
（一）语言知识目标
1.能“三会”掌握下列内容：
·词汇：基本形状的名词，如：triangle，circle，square，rectangle.
·词型：What are they？They’re…
What shape is this？It’s…
What shapes are these？They’re…
2.语法：初步感和理解名词复数的概念及用法。例如：They are shapes.等。
（二）语言技能目标
1.认读形状的单词：shape，rectangle，square，circle，triangle，用所学的英语指出生活中所见到的基本形状，并能用所学的英语做游戏。
2.能用句型What shape is this？和What shapes are these？询问各种形状，并会用It’s…和They’re…来回答。
（三）学习策略目标
尝试运用音素分音节记忆单词。
学会在单词与形状和实物之间产生联想；学会借助课文插图认读对话。
（四）情感态度目标
能在英语课堂中感受到乐趣。
三、教学重点
1．让学生能“三会”掌握课本的单词：shape，triangle，circle，square，rectangle.
2．让学生运用本课的句型What shape is this？和What shapes are these？询问物品的形状。
四、教学难点
1．Triangle与rectangle的区别。
2．Square的发音。
3．对新句型的理解。
五、教学策略
积极参与，合作学习，细心观察，推理思考。
六、教学过程：
(一)热身
1.师生据单数图片同唱 “ What Is This ”
2.换单复数不同图片唱“What Is It ” and “What are they ”
（二）呈现与学习
1.出示一张自行车图片问“What is it ”
Ss : It’s a bike.
T: Now let’s see how to draw a bike.
T: 画一个三角形(draws a triangle)后问 What shape is this 这是什么形状呢？
Ss…
（板书 What shape is this shape 教shape
指着三角形问what shape is this 板书 triangle
教triangle, 提示发音规律及多音节词拼读规则。 ）
2. 在画完自行车的同时，如图
进行其它图形单词的教学：circle ，rectangle
指点学生记忆rectangle triangle 后面都有angle “角”
用ship记忆shape
3.T呈现一张剪纸正方形图形, “Is this a rectangle ”
Ss…
教学“square”并板书,
T呈现多张剪纸正方形图形, “Are they rectangles ”
Ss…
4. 操练
a. 用手势表示各种图形，让学生跟做并说出相应单词。
b. T任意出示各种剪纸图案，学生说出其相应单词。
c. 小组操练：学生就课室里面的物品、桌面上的文具形状，说出相应单词。
5. 学习对话
a.带问题 What shape is an apple 听课文录音，后回答。
b. Ss 跟录音读课文。
c. 分角色读课文。
d. Ss read the dialogue by themselves
e. Ss read the dialogue together
6. 发展 Development
学生对不同图形组合成的图案，利用What shape is this /What shapes are these？进行表述操练。

1.Ss listen and read the dialogue twice,
2.Copy the black words three times.
七、教学反思：rectangle，triangle学生比较难上口，要多操练几次。学生对形状很感兴趣，学习效果良好。
