课后反思
当代教学提倡“教为主导，学为主体”的课堂教育理念，注重对学生自主学习、合作学习的能力。这节英语课上，我用复习频率副词引入――练习操作――介绍新词——回答问题――知识点拨――对话练习――语法总结――当堂练习来进行的。
一、首先， 我通过复习频率副词，让学生造句，训练和总结上节课所学。
二、本节课通过观察、描述，总结、对话、听录音读等方法让学生进行句型和语法的训练，并让学生利用群学，对学，独学等形式来学习，让学生在练中学，在学中练，既学到了语法，又提高听、说能力，更重要的是提高了学生的口语交际能力。
三、让学生把自己看作是课堂的主人，充分发挥他们小组的积极作用，让他们大胆发言，而不仅仅是拘泥于老师的讲授和老师被动地接受知识。有简单的问题组内统一解决，这样既节约了时间，也让学生体会自己学习知识的快乐。

【教材分析】
本单元的主要内容是表达“频率”。section A通过“谈论做运动的频率”，通过听力、对话练习、小组调查等方式帮助学生掌握如何询问及表达有关频率的内容（做运动的频率，日常活动的频率，学习的频率等）；section B通过讨论饮食及其它生活方式，通过听力、阅读、做调查等方式，帮助学生掌握如何用频度副词综合表达信息；Self check部分通过填空帮助学生复习所学词汇，通过开放式的写作帮助学生巩固对频度副词的掌握。
这一单元的重点在于“表达频率”。
