金无足赤,人无完人。当然这节课也纯在一些问题,值得我深思。
1、首先对易错题的拓展练习不够。
2、另外师生互动交流较少,老师缺少一些表扬鼓励的语言。
3、适当加一些板书。
通过对本节课的反思,我认为:
首先对一些典型题目要进行拓展巩固练习。试卷讲评从一定程度上讲是一个重新整理知识的过程,在讲评中,老师要进行变式题的训练,类比延伸,并做到举一反三,触类旁通,强化巩固,讲练结合,让学生在语言运用中掌握知识点,以达到对知识的内化。
(二)多表扬鼓励,增强学生信心,增强和学生的课堂交流。好的成绩能让学生欢欣雀跃,评卷前对成绩好的,有进步的,某个题做得好的,作文写得好的,老师都要点名表扬。对做得不太好的,也要适当鼓励,提高其学习的积极性,主动性。另外,在讲评中要多和学生交流,多注意他们的反应,还原考试情景,甚至让他们提问,质疑,这样既能调动学生的积极性,也能使讲评更贴近学生的心理。通过学生自己的分析提问,教师会发现,有些学生得了分的题目未必是因为知识学得扎实,有时得分属于歪打正着。因此,在讲评中多让学生发言,变讲评课由传统的“一言堂”为师生交流,生生交流的“群言堂”,使讲评课取得更好的效果。
(三) 注意优化板书设计。板书是最常用的教学手段之一,随着多媒体教学手段的广泛运用,部分老师忽视了板书的作用。实际上,恰当的板书对学生学习效率和质量的影响是直接的,对学生身心发展的各个方面都有明显的促进作用。另外,通过视觉获得的信息的记忆时间比从听觉获得信息的记忆时间要长几倍,便于学生巩固知识。就像讲评试卷时,对一些典型的知识点,如果能写在黑板上,学生对该知识的重视,巩固,记忆都会有较好的作用,也便于学生记录和课后复习。另外,如果能对板书进行精心优美的设计,对我们的教学更是有不可忽视的作用。
(四)讲评后学生的讨论消化。试卷讲完并不意味着教学工作的完成,要留有一定时间让学生自我消化,要求学生认真分析试卷,整理失分点,及时弄懂未掌握的知识,形成对错误免疫。首先是要让他们形成对错误的感知和认识,并且为了让学生能够去思考并说出自己的问题,形成问题意识和解决方法,讲完最好让他们进行讨论。在每份卷子上,都写下提醒自己的话,并要求在以后的学习中能牢牢记住,这也是每次考试的真正意义所在了。

1、呈现各项数据,但又不涉及学生个体分数,引导学生比较差距,使学生对于自己在学校班级的位置及自己在试卷中的得失有了一种直观的认识。另外,对于客观题,以表格的方式呈现每个题目的正答率,根据正答率确定哪些题目祥讲,哪些粗讲,哪些不讲,有的放矢,避免了讲评课平均用力的弊端。
2、讲评过程中,告诉学生答题的基本思路,使学生掌握答题的基本方法和技巧。例如,她在讲评完型填空时,先告诉学生通览全文,明确大意;然后初步确定答案;最后复读全文,验证答案。另外,讲评试卷的时候,根据不同的题型,给予学生解题方法和技巧的指导,达到了我们上讲评课的目的。
3、有些题目,采取先让学生小组讨论,然后在讨论的基础上,让个别学生自己讲,最后老师综合点评,发挥了学生的主体作用,充分调动了学生思维的积极性和敏捷性,并且能提高其分析问题和解决问题的能力。另外,让班上的学生试着讲解,不仅让其他学生有了新鲜感,更加用心去听,而且还能了解学生是否真正掌握了该题,起到了很好的再检测作用。
4、对于书面表达,老师让学生一起欣赏点评范文,这一点也值得我们学习。这样能给学生提供互相学习,互相借鉴,互相欣赏的机会。
