Step 1 Warming up and review
1. Greetings. （师生间进行简单的问候。）

老师针对节日的主题向学生提问：

引导学生根据上节课所学内容做出相应的回答。

利用图片引出单词：moon cake（月饼）lantern（灯笼）
四个传统节日：the Spring Festival （春节）the Lantern Festival（元宵节）
the Mid-Autumn Festival（中秋节）The Dragon Boat Festival（端午节）。
Step 2 Presentation and Practice
一、 Look , listen and say
1. 学生自主翻开书Page23 ，先看图片，猜一猜这是什么节日，然后自由朗读句子，也可小组齐读句子。www.21-cn-jy.com
2. 教师播放录音，学生跟读。（教师可视学生情况多放几遍）
3. 教师每句依次范读，学生跟读。之后全班齐读或小组比赛朗读。
二、 Listen and read
1. 教师提出问题，学生讨论，可以用汉语回答。

2. 教师呈现端午节的节日活动图片。

依图带句，依次引出句子We all go to see the dragon boat race. 我们都去看龙舟比赛。

3. 教师呈现的中秋节节日活动图片。
依图带句，依次引出句子 We eat moon cakes. We see the moon.（吃月饼，赏月）
4. 教师呈现春节的节日活动图片。
依图带句，依次引出句子We say happy new year to our family and friends.（拜年）
We have a big family dinner. We eat dumplings.（团圆饭，吃饺子）
5. 教师呈现元宵节的节日活动图片。
依图带句，依次引出句子People eat yuanxiao, hang lanterns and do dragon dances.
（人们吃元宵、挂灯笼和舞龙。）
6. 播放对话的视频动画，学生先完整地观看视频对话，注意听语句的重音和升降调
7. 呈现Page23活动2 课文，学生自己尝试独立阅读。
8. 再次播放录音，学生跟读。
9. 操练：

2. 教师播放录音，让学生看书跟读、模仿。体会句子中的语调和重音，鼓励学生大声模仿跟读。
3. 教师简单讲解句子的重音。

教师播放录音，学生完整听一遍录音 ，学生可以跟着录音打节拍。
出示歌谣文本，教师述说歌谣大意。
再次播放录音，学生尝试跟唱。
Step 3 Consolidation。

1. 学生自主翻开书Page25第6部分 ，先自由朗读句子，也可小组齐读句子。
2. 学生两人一组，可通过提问了解更多的有关节日的信息，从而猜出什么节日。
