由于本课的学习内容和学生的实际生活息息相关，所以在课程的设计上给了教师很大的设计空间。在教学过程中我重视对学生综合语言运用能力的培养，分别从教学策略，语言知识、技能，情感态度，文化意识等各个方面进行考虑，着眼于学生的实际情况设计不同的活动和任务。同时在实际的操作中也显得流畅、自然。
1、?谈论学生喜欢吃的食物，这不仅可以让学生了解到更多的关于饮食文化的内容，而且将学习的基点定在对文化的了解上，可以不断提高学生对于不同文化的了解和重视。
2、努力挖掘教材中训练学生思维的切入点，思想教育的突破口，做到教育学生“润物细无声”。通过歌曲Happy birthday to you!引出本课谈论的主题“生日饮食文化”，对学生进行思想教育。
3、整个课堂在和谐，包容，宽松的环境中进行，真实而自然。
4、在教学中，我采用多媒体教学，不仅使学生更加生动地掌握知识，也充分地调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。
