课后反思
结合本节课上课情况，针对英语教学中存在的问题，英语教学还要注意以下几个方面：
1. 分组合作学习
针对初中学 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )生心理上有较强的求知欲，表现欲，求成欲等特点，并且根据大班教学的特点，把教学班的学生按座位编成学习小组，每组学生的年龄、成绩、性格都有层次，每组6-8人，设一小组长，组长不固定，每天轮换一个，每节课让小组为中心进行会话，表演和讨论，最后归纳总结。这样使每个学生都有语言实践的机会。同时优等生可以帮助差生，差生也可以在小组活动中直接向好学生学习，并且同学们之间互相学习没有心理负担，交流起来也自然，这样学生在课堂上将所学语言知识运用于实践，能力得到提高。这样就把合作学习的理念贯穿于课堂教学之外，在展示学生作品时采用集体评价的方式，让每一个学生都在参与中不甘落后，不愿给集体丢脸。从而在别人的帮助下提高英语素质。最后集体评出优胜组，以集体鼓励为主，为了便于控制课堂，在小组评定时，设纪律分和表演分，为了获胜每组成员都在课前预习及早动手，对将要学习的内容真正做到心中有数，这样学生的学习也由以前的被动转化为现在的主动，由“要我学”变为“我要学”。
2. 创设良好的语言情景，激发说的兴趣
英国心理学家布鲁纳认为："成功的外语课堂教学应在课堂中创设更多的情景，让学生有机会运用自己学到的语言材料。"英语内容丰富多彩，英语课文图文并茂。英语课堂也应五彩缤纷、多姿多彩。在讲授知识点、语言点时，教师应尽量利用实物、图片、简笔画和自制的小教具等设置情景,辅助教学.会大大激发了学生的学习热情，而且也培养了他们的口语表达能力和表演才能。
3. 改进训练方法，力求灵活多便
口语教学重在操练。在口语教学中，要么操练形式过于单调、乏味；要么由于学生多，个别学生操练的时间太少；要么交流的对象由于座位的限制过于单一……这些均容易挫伤学生学习的积极性，影响操练的数量和质量。因此，教师应尝试更多更好的操练形式，如提问的方式可以是教师问学生答，学生齐答或齐问，教师答或学生之间相互问答 ；对话练习可以同桌或3—5人小组同时进行，也可以让学生离开座位去寻找交流的对象，或几个一群，或两个之间进行口语操练。
4. 不断学习提高自身素质

1. 教材的地位：
本单元是鲁教版初二上学期第四单元。 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )主要以周末活动为主线，以What did you do last weekend 为中心话题，主要运用what/where/who 引导的特殊疑问句来谈论周末活动“去了哪里，做了什么，和谁一起去的。 ”功能是运用一般过去时谈论刚刚过去的一些常见周末活动。上课前一周刚好是十一假期，此时谈论这一话题贴近学生们的日常生活，也是继本学期第三单元后继续学习一般过去时的用法，符合学生的认知结构和年龄特征。而本节单元基础课的重点就是用过去时态来谈论同学们周末活动，同时通过谈论周末活动来进一步学习一般过去时态。
2. 教学目标：
1） 知识目标：①掌握关于周末活动的动词短语。
