阅读课在英语教学过程中既是教学重点,也是教学难点。而九年级起的英语教材中的阅读文章量加大,句型多样,时态语态变化多端,考试时阅读分值也增加。如何让有限的课堂时间成为学生提过阅读能力,提升阅读质量的手段之一,显得尤为重要。针对本版教材的特点,我在备课的过程中充分考虑学生的实际水平,根据学生的能力设计有效的教学手法和活动,使教学效果能达到最优。
一、利用前一节课“消化”新的单词,扫除学生在阅读文章时的障碍。
二、课前热身活动再次呈现新单词的意义和用法,使其得到进一步的巩固。
三、处理文章的时候,根据其本身的难易程度考虑是通篇把握文章还是分段理解,在引导同学归纳总结主要内容、中心思想的时候适当设置一些问题和表格,要求同学们在阅读的过程中完成。问题的设计可从易到难,要兼顾后进生的能力,增加课堂参与面。
四、疑难问题明确讲:当学生在材料理解上遇到疑难时教师要鲜明地讲,从而为学生解难释疑,让学生正确理解、领悟材料内容。
五、合作中提示讲:当学生在合作学习中不能抓住要点进行有效合作时,教师要进行提示性讲解,以使合作有效、深入。
六、总结时补充讲:在总结一节课、一篇材料的阅读情况时,在学生概括、总结的基础上,教师要及时进行补充,以进一步进行提炼和归纳,从而使总结更加完整、准确。
总之,在阅读教学过程中,学生应始终是学习的主体,而教师则只扮演一个导演的角色。教师有效导是必要的前提和基础,学生的理解是保证,学生运用能力是关键,学生的创造性思维是升华。只有充分发挥教师的主导作用和充分体现学生的主体作用,才能提高课堂效率和质量,真正达到阅读教学的目的。尽管如此,这种课依然是很值得深钻的
