课后反思
1、交际式教学：通过创设有利于学生全面主动发挥的各种交际实践活动，让学生相互合作，相互交流，确立学生在学习过程中的主体地位，帮助学生自主地学，自觉地学，让学生的各种潜能和创新精神得到充分的发挥。
2、运用多媒体辅助教学：多媒体集视听于一体，更直观更生动形象更具刺激性和吸引力，图片及音像资料有助于学生更直观地更具体地理解掌握教学内容，如生词的教学、目标语、语法的呈现，也提高了课堂教学效率，增大了课堂容量。
3、采用“任务型”语言教学模式：“任务型”教学模式强调从学生的学习兴趣,生活经验和认知水平出发,倡导体验,实践,参与,合作与交流的学习方式和任务型教学途径,发展学生的语言运用能力,提高人文素养,增强实践能力,培养创新精神。本课在各教学环节设计了不同的“任务”如调查报告,招聘会等，让学生在完成任务过程中使用目标语从而落实语言教学目标。
4、小组合作探究性学习：将学生分组,学生间的信息差产生了交流的必要性，推动了学生进一步合作交流，讨论彼此的能力和愿望。在合作中完成对重点词组、句型、对话的理解、训练和巩固。
本节课中让我感到不足的是新内容引入和操练时间稍少,设计的内容稍多,有些步骤较匆忙,在今后的教学中要注意教学形式和方法的多样化又要注意内容的紧凑准确。
