3.although是 (词性),意为“尽管,虽然”,用来引导让步状语从句。although引导的从句放在主句前后均可。需要注意的是,although引导的从句不能与but 连用,这一点和汉语表达习惯是不一样的。

(1)it在这里是形式主语,真正的主语是to relax by……
It is+形容词+(for sb)to do sth.对某人来说干某事是怎样的……这种结构在英语中经常用到,也很实用。例如:It isn’t easy for her to study English well.
在以下结构中it作形式宾语:find/feel/think it+形容词+for sb. to do sth.
例如:I found it difficult to sing the song well.

(2)本句中出现了两个单词★by和through,两者都可以表示“通过”。注意两者的区分:by表示“通过”时通常指通过某种方式或方法,这种方式方法是具体的,如:by bike.through表示“通过”时,有“以;凭借”的含义,通常指通过某种途径,这种途径是抽象的,如:through practice.
她通过听音乐来学习英语。
我凭借努力学习通过了考试。
★through与across的区别:它俩的区别与on和in的区别类似,across指从物体 穿过,而through指从三维空间中穿过。
如:①他们正在建一条隧道,它将穿过这座山。

5.辨析die,dead,dying和death.
die动词“死”,强调动作,为短暂性动作,不能和时间段连用。

dead形容词“死的”,作表语或定语,强调状态。当有时间段时,用be dead,不用die.
dying形容词“垂死的”,为die的现在分词,也可作形容词,常用作定语或表语。
例如:这只猫快死了。
death名词“死”,是die的名词形式。
由于他母亲的死,他非常伤心。

教后反思
教学设计的指导思想:兴趣是最好的老师。根据本班学生的学习方式和学习习惯来设计我的教案,设计每个步骤时都思考着怎样才能引起他们的兴趣。这节课的设计比较多样,既有多媒体图片,又有音频,还有课文听力的训练,小组讨论,表演复述课文,教学比较有层次,希望能长时间地激发学生的兴趣;另外,在题型的设计也想尽量引起他们参与活动的欲望。大致步骤为:设置语境-内容理解-语言教学-巩固练习。
导入和热身以训练学生听与说的语言微技能为主,活动以class work全班整体练为主,目的是调动全班同学的学习欲望。呈现新课的环节注重指导预测的学习策略,活动以pair work为主,体现对话的功能。听取个体段落的信息之后,让学生翻开课本整体感知并跟录音齐读,目的在于对所学的对话有个整体的了解。
在语言教学的环节当中,先考查学生对关键词的掌握,接着是课文的关键句,在已掌握关键词和关键句的情况之下,最后文中重点内容的重复再现。从学生的整体反应来看,过多的提示,有利有弊,“利”在于能鼓励基础薄弱的同学开口锻炼的机会,“弊”于不利于发展能力强的学生真正的表达能力。以后我会多加注意调整和改进。
反思设计与课堂的不足之处:
1、时间驾驭的能力不强,对学生的水平把握不足,导致部分环节时间把握不到位。在上课时,要注意时间合理安排和分配。本节课的导入部分用时过多,在free talk 和listening 环节已经用了15分钟,导致后面的写作部分教学未能按时完成。因为 reading for writing 是本节阅读课的核心,未完成写作教学有些缺憾。
2、设计的提问练习太多,没有充分考虑给学生自主学习消化的时间。在过程设计方面,在细读环节时,让学生找动词这一活动没有什么必要,如果改为找词组更为恰当;另外应该调整先后顺序,把归纳填表提到朗读之后,再根据原文填图,这二项活动会加深对课文的理解,最后再用思维导图进行复述,学生对课文的掌握就比较到位了。
3、学生关注面不广,忽视了部分的角落生。
4、忽略设计学习内容与现实生活的相关练习,缺乏体现语言的活用性,应适当增补格外的知识。
5、 没有做适当的鼓励,消除学生的紧张感,如果能让学生在更轻松,自由的课堂气氛下参与活动,也许效果能更好。
总之,无论从阅读课的创新,从任务型教学的设计,还是从临场应付能力的实际操作,整堂课都值得研究与借鉴,还需进一步的提高。

一、编排体系的特征
1、体例分明。 人教版新目标英语八年级上册由十二个单元和两个复习单元组成。每个单元的内部结构完全不同:分为section A、 section B、self-check 三部分,并且各有侧重点。 Section A 主要是讲重点词汇;呈现新的表达方式;几个循序渐进的操练活动;语法聚焦框,总结本单元使用的语法;互动活动,学生在互相合作中使用目标语言来完成本部分的学习。Section B 在循环section A 所呈现的语言的同时引出新的词汇;以活动帮助学生整合新的目标语言和前面学过的语言。 self-check 复习所有重点词汇以及新学的语法项目;以图片方式进一步应用了本课的目标语言。

二、教材内容的整理及其分析。本教材内容看似众多而不易归纳整理,实际不然。

2.教材内容的编排具有以下两个特 征:
(1)话题贴近日常生活 在语言目标当中,每个话题分项里,无一不是取材于学生们日常生活中离不开的琐事。令同学们感到亲切、真实,激发他们的学习兴趣和激情。同时,也为他们在小组活动中或在课后的生活实践中应 用所学英语语言知识,提供了相似的情景、必要的语言结构、恰当的词汇或习惯用语。为初中英语教学的生活化寻找到了切入点。
(2)知识点服务于话题与活动 上述语言目标的要点中可能看不出这一特征,但当你在总结本教 材每个单元的知识点或在具体教过程学中,我相信你将深有同感。这种编排满足了各个话题所需的语言功能要求,也满足了学生英语学习过程中的好奇心,激励着他们不停地向前学习和探索。强调了在语言教学过程中“首先应当掌握它的交际性功能、听说功能,其次才是语言结构和语法规则的掌握”这一外语教学指导策略。
三、教材的主导理念及理论。仔细分析教材的编排体例与内容上的特征,概括教育教学实践过 程中的经验、教训及感悟,它深刻体现了下列初中外语教育教学的主导理念。
1、学生为教育教学之本,尊重学生的个性化学习。
2、现实生活现象和事务是语言学习的无尽甘露。
3、外语教育教学的“情景教学”、“功能教学”、“听说领先、 读写跟上教学”等理论。
4、话题型的任务探究教学模式。
四、存在的问题
1、课文例文与交际话题侧重于城市学生生活,与农村学生的活动空间和生活经验距离很大。像“搭乘地铁”这样的话题,对我们农村地区的教师来讲就知之甚少,对学生来讲更是海市蜃楼。
2、教材容量扩大,要求提高,在某种程度上超过了农村中学生的接受能力。新版教材增加了语言输入量,对学生的能力要求提高,具体体现在词汇量、练习与教学活动量、阅读量等的增加。
3、知识点分散,缺乏系统性。新课标强调学习语言知识的目的是为了更好地运用语言进行交际活动,淡化了学生对语法等知识点的掌握。但从第一册开始,新教材就融入更多的语法点、知识点,练习题中也多次出现陌生的语法项目,让人很不适应。
