教材分析 In this part, it tells us how to greet in different time. We should say “Good morning” in the morning and “Good afternoon” in the afternoon. Besides introduction, we are going to learn “I’m a boy /girl.”
教学目标 1. Be able to say “Good morning” and “Good afternoon”2. Be able to introduce by “My name is…… .I'm a boy/girl.3. Say the chant in gestures.
课前准备 animal masks, a pointer, courseware, pictures.

Warm-up1. Greeting : Teacher says “Good morning , How are you ” enthusiastically to all students. Asks “What’s your name ” And expects and encourages their answers.2. Singing and dancing: Hi! Hello! How are you Revision Talk to other students. “Hello, What’s your name Presentation and drills1. TPR activity: Stand up! Sit down! Boys/Girls, stand up, please! Boys/Girls, sit down, please! 2. Show the class Sam's mask ( a boy)Then show the class Amy's mask (a girl) Read the two words in different ways. And give “boy” and “girl” different gestures.3. Teacher puts on the Sam’s mask and says “My name is Sam. I’m a boy.” Repeat it several times and point to a boy to prompt him to repeat it.Then puts on the Amy’s mask and says “My name is Amy. I’m a girl.”(Who can repeat it )T: I’m a boy. (Let students to say it and do the action.T: I’m a girl. (Let’s students to say it and do the action.Ask individual to say it and do the action.4. Finish exercises on the activity book. To realize the difference of boys and girls. The higher teacher says and the lower students say.Otherwise, pure reading is a bit dull. Imitate the pronunciation of the courseware and say it properly. Let students find the new word I am going to teach them. The teaching effect is better than showing them straightly.

教 学反 思 孩子们课堂表现很活跃，大胆发言，积极配合老师的活动，能够熟练说出I'm a boy.和I'm a girl.但认读起来有一定困难，于是我设计的教学活动将男孩和女孩的头像放到相应的位置，根据老师的指令来行动。并且让孩子们形象记忆boy 喜欢踢足球，girl 喜欢扎小辫，使他们记忆深刻，充分发挥想象力，找出学习的窍门。
